Their office called me to set up an appointment shortly after I submitted my interest in the car. Based on the reviews online and my own experience with 2 previous dealership I visited recently I was not very enthusiastic about my visit. Upon my arrival I was greeted by a friendly sales rep John Bulger who showed me the car and their mechanics addressed and resolved the front suspension issue I noticed when test driving the car. Together with sales manager Jack Ligenza they worked with me on the price and financing of the vehicle. During the whole process sales staff answered my questions and concerns to my satisfaction. John and Jack's professionalism and courtesy mixed with genuine interest to make sure I was happy with the transaction made my decision easy I purchased the vehicle the next day. Thank you for making it a pleasant buying experience. More
terrible Service Dept told me I was crazy I recently made two trips to the service department for frozen windshield wiper fluid. They advised it is not cold enough for it to freeze. After the second time my daughter and I were on our way home and the washer fluid was freezing as soon as it hit my windshield. My car was covered in blue windshield wiper fluid that I was assured wouldn't freeze until temps reached -30. I ended up sitting in my car for over am hour until it was all gone so I could put something else in that wouldn't freeze. More
Greedy Went in looking to buy !!! Found a used 2014 nissan sentra we liked and the sales rep john was great. Car tag in window on lot stated 16999. Sales Went in looking to buy !!! Found a used 2014 nissan sentra we liked and the sales rep john was great. Car tag in window on lot stated 16999. Sales rep john stated he would take a grand of the price. Now we're at 15999. I offered 15500 they countered at 15875. I offered to split the difference. Well they let me leave over less than 200. Next day I see on the Internet car is listing for 500 less than tag in window. So I go back to dealership and show them this . Remember john said he could get a grand of the sticker price. So I show this to john and he takes it to the same manager on from the night before. And I get told I should have told them about the price on the Internet originally now it's to late. REALLY !! WHAT THE xxxx KIND OF BUISNESS IS THAT. Ate they in buisness to sell cars or not ??? Anyway no sale over 200.00. I guess the one free oil change that came with buying the car in their opinion was just to good of a deal to let the car go. More

Great Service I went to Tom Hesser Nissan looking for a car after totaling my car in the snow, I walked around and Jason Davis came out and asked me what I WANTED I I went to Tom Hesser Nissan looking for a car after totaling my car in the snow, I walked around and Jason Davis came out and asked me what I WANTED IN A CAR which is what it should be. He than brought be over to the Rogues and i fell in love. After a test drive,credit check and getting approved for a bank loan he made sure the car was detailed and had gas in it. It was very quick and easy. He even showed me how to use all the different features in my new car, I would definitely recommend Tom Hesser Nissan to anyone looking for a good car and good service. False advertisement & rude sales manager After searching for months, I finally found an SUV- or so I thought. After searching online inventories, to save time, I stumbled across a Nissan Rogu After searching for months, I finally found an SUV- or so I thought. After searching online inventories, to save time, I stumbled across a Nissan Rogue that I loved at Tom Hesser Nissan. Online and on the cars sticker the SUV was listed as CPO $13,999. I was ready to buy it when a rotten, cocky sales manager, Jack, approached me and said it was listed wrong and I couldn't buy it for that price. Excuse me? Apparently their third party sales ticket company made a mistake on the sticker price and after three days of looking at the car online, looking at it in the lot, and driving it they didn't figure that out? Between the owner, and the sales manager I couldn't believe how I was treated and misguided. Not only did they not recognize their mistake, they didn't honor it or find something comparable when I was sitting there about to pay cash. An ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. A lure and bait kind of dealership. More
