We traveled over an hour away to purchase our new vehicle from Tom Gibbs Chevrolet and in our experience everyone was pleasant, kind, knowledgeable, and happy to help. NO HIGH PRESSURE at this dealership and that was so refreshing. The facility is beautiful and clean and every employee that crossed my path did so with a smile and greeting. Kudos to Tom Gibbs Chevrolet for having such a wonderful staff and dealership. I would highly recommend them to any new or used car buyer. More

Yes my 2500HD has free oil changes for life, but the service is why I keep going back. I have made appointments and got great service and I have stopped in without an appointment and got great service. Each time I was there, the service advisor made me aware of any service up and coming, during the service let's ne know if anything needs immediate attention and when I was done, let's me know if something needs attention next visit. I also noticed they have the same advisors there which means to me that the advisor is more in tune to you the customer. My advisor remembered some things 2 services ago which I forgot about. I am very pleased and can't wait to get another vehicle here. More

False information and no resolution Loved my Camaro, was an easy customer and paid full asking price. Found out a month later, that the salesman lied about my rims being "custom", and it Loved my Camaro, was an easy customer and paid full asking price. Found out a month later, that the salesman lied about my rims being "custom", and it turns out the clear coat on the "designed" rims was not done properly and all four rims are actually damaged. Spoke with salesman to see what he could do for me since I paid full asking price and was given false information. In so many words, I was told he was not going to do anything. Since the salesman wasn't concerned about helping me, I now have to pay for a new set of rims. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Four months later, no repairs. More

From sales to service to finance to the websites, efficient and courteous treatment is the standard. Our latest salesperson was Devyn Cote, who was very thorough and courteous, keeping in the tradition of Coffee and Bobby B. They make buying or leasing a car actually enjoyable. The Chevy product has dramatically improved over the years and this dealership has kept pace. More
Beware the warranty! My 80 year old father and I evacuated for the hurricane in Sept 2017. We left my car behind because Dad loves his truck and a car is just a car. His 2001 Chevrolet Silverado has less than 70,000 miles on it because he babies it so. On the way home the transmission went out. We took it to Wes Haney Chevrolet in Live Oak, Florida because it was the closest Chevrolet “certified service” dealer to where we were. Rented a car and went home. On the 21st of Sept I drove hours back to get his truck. 491 miles on the odometer later, the driveway is covered in pepto bismal pink fluid. Had the truck towed to Tom Gibbs Chevrolet in Palm Coast, Florida. The transmission was hooked up to the radiator and vice versa. Oops. No big deal. It’s warranty, right? Fix it. Five Mondays later I go to get the truck. Surprise, they didn’t replace the radiator. They just flushed it. Needless to say the truck barely made it home. Had another mechanic look at it and there is still antifreeze in the transmission. Now Wes Haney won’t fix it because Tom Gibbs touched it last. Tom Gibbs won’t fix it because Wes Hany messed it up first. I’m sure in addition my 80 year old father will have to replace the water pump and radiator too. Out $2700. Have a lovely black and chrome yard ornament that I have to pay insurance on every month and no one at either dealer cares. Please be aware that “certified service” only means if they want to take care of it. Am placing this on every Chevrolet dealer website I can find to let people know that the warranty is only good at the independent dealer that does the work originally no matter what the receipt says.
