3 vehicles purchased from here and I have never been disappointed with every step of the way from sales to financing to service the staff was a pleasure to work with and they remember who you are. There was a loud, constant squeeze coming from inside the rear of the cabin. The first service manager agreed to investigate, to cover under the warranty and had thought he fixed the issue, but said to bring it back next oil change and if the squeak was still there they would fix it free of charge. I brought my suburban back for the next oil change, and a new service manager was in place. The new service manager firmly declined to cover any parts or labor cost to investigate and correct the squeak, going back on the original service manager’s promise. As such, I will no longer drive from St Augustine down to Palm Coast to have my suburban services at Tom Gibbs. Further, on my next Suburban purchase, I will not buy from Tom Gibbs. I will also share my experience with anyone who asks where to buy or have their next Chevy serviced. This single decision, with very low cost to the service department, to not do right by the customer, cost Tom Gibbs literally thousands of future dollars. More
