The salesman, service techs, and secretaries are all very professional and courteous. The garage bays are as clean and organized as the showroom floor. We recently bought a new vehicle at this dealership and from the minute we drove in to the last paper we signed, we were treated with respect. worst service ever Took truck to them 4 times in 6 months to fix the transmission. Each time they blamed something else as the reason for it tearing up. Customer service was horrible. $6.5k to fix a Chevy transmission, after 4 tries. Hopefully they got it right this time, but past action predicts future results....i doubt it. Definitely wouldnt take my truck back. More

Is unprofessional paid them to fix rearend on Chevy truck had to bring it back three times still not fixed they want call you back had to get a wrecker from orlando then they charged us 2100.00 for a new rearend after we already paid for rearend tobe fixed service manager said ball on hitch was loose making the rearend go bad but there was no ball on it because the wrecker driver took it with him just lie after lie from this service manager im a conservative Christian with kids and i was out of work because of there lies shame on you tom gibbs More
Excellent service in all areas. Donny Palmer is very knowledgeable of the many systems on the 2014 Stingray. He makes himself available even on his days off. Very modern dealership. All were friendly and gave undivided attention. My sales person was Megan Rizzo and she was very knowledgeable about the product line and options. This is an excellent dealership to do business with. Tom and Tommy Gibbs along with Megan Rizzo and Jack Haas are great people to do business with. Tom, Tommy and Jack offered a great price on the new vehicle as well as for my trade in. The first offer was a good deal so negotiating was not necessary. I had thoroughly researched pricing before visiting the dealership. The finance department secured financing at a rate that was below what I had anticipated so I saved money there also. Megan Rizzo went into great detail in completing the deal and explaining the features of the new vehicle. Megan has followed up with a phone call to make sure that I was happy with the new vehicle and to see if I had additional questions about any of the features of our new Traverse. I have purchased approximately 12 new vehicles from Tom Gibbs Chevrolet with positive results each time. Buying a new vehicle from this dealership has always been a pleasant experience and I always leave the dealership believing I have gotten the best deal possible. I had been recommended to go to Tom Gibbs Chevrolet by 2 people I know who had an excellent experience with them. I had been doubtful when calling that I would even be able to purchase a vehicle. I almost cancelled my appointment, but Megan Rizzo made me feel very comfortable on the phone that I decided to take a look. Upon arriving Megan greeted me with such kindness and sat down with me to see where I stood. She listened intently about my financial situation and assured me she could help. Well to my astonishment Megan had a wonderful SUV in the lot that seemed perfect for me. She let me take it on a test ride, I loved it. At this time I started to feel like I just would not be able to qualify. Megan reassured me to not worry. While sitting there waiting on the financing results I almost felt sick. Megan came out with the most wonderful news "I got approved" and she worked up a deal for me that fit right into my budget. It was meant to be, the right car, for the right price. That had never happened to me before any time I have ever bought a vehicle. Megan and the finance manger worked hard for me to help me attain my goal of purchasing a car that was safe for my children and reliable for me to continue with my schooling without worries. I had such a great experience at Tom Gibbs Chevrolet, thanks to the whole staff, but my special gratitude goes out to Megan, honest, reliable woman of her word.
