I don't like to drive I like Mike Groland because: 1) he is persistent in a pleasant way...he followed up on every conversation, and I had to hang up several times to take I like Mike Groland because: 1) he is persistent in a pleasant way...he followed up on every conversation, and I had to hang up several times to take business calls 2) he has integrity 3) he really listens -- rather than thinking about what he was going to say next, he thoughtfully answered my questions and several conversations later repeated back my conditions of satisfaction 4) he went to bat for me on trade in value 4) he is relaxed, which is a good match for me because I am hyper 5) he has a good sense of humor 6) he is creative -- sent me a video of himself and a couple of cars he thought I might like; it made me laugh 6) he made be believe that I was going to get the car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay -- and it happened! What's not to like? This will sound inconsistent with buying a car, but I don't like to drive. And this guy Mike made this such a good experience that I drove five hours round trip to get the car yesterday....from him, rather than going to my local dealership for the same price. I think that says something. More
