Did not fix anything. Radio in these cars is a well known issue on the internet. Car isn't even 3 years old, and because it's over the mileage on the warranty, basically told me to go to a 3rd party radio in issue on the internet. Staff (.Kasim and Scott) had NO interest in helping me out. Thankfully found another dealer within 30 miles (o’steen VW) who were very helpful and addressed my issue within 90 minutes. I followed up with an email inquiry to Tom Bush including the staff above and the GM and surprisingly NEVER got a response. As I move into the area now I will certainly stay away. More
