He is a great guy to deal with. No pressure, easy communication and follows through! We live outside of the Jacksonville Area, but will continue to buy our BMWs from him because he is just a pleasure to deal with. Love the car and enjoyed the Performance Delivery Center delivery experience we had in South Carolina at the BMW Factory. Jim helped set all that up for us! High recommend you give him a call for all your BMW needs. On the finance side, Rob Davidson handled my transaction. He was upfront and not pushy with any of the extras. More
Great Experience Until You have A Problem Great facility and selection of cars. I've purchased two from this dealership and had four BMWs. My 550 has lots of problems and neither BMW or Tom Great facility and selection of cars. I've purchased two from this dealership and had four BMWs. My 550 has lots of problems and neither BMW or Tom Bush is stepping up. The 550 has a transmission problem that BMW now calls a "characteristic" but funny it wasn't part of the cars personality when I bought it! Service seems to never be able to replicate complaints and requests for meetings with the dealership management and BMW reps are never responded too. Great experience until you have a problem. More

The amount of understanding and assistance I've received from Brian J. Scott - service manager and his staff amazes me. After the initial investigation and Tom Bush Orange Park BMW's making sure CPO is active and valid, not only did they take care of repairs completely free of charge, but BJ himself has gone a great distance to provide accommodation and transportation (loaner, rental, shuttle) as we needed it. Dropped us off to Orlando for flight back home and picked us up on the way back! This treatment at Tom Bush Orange Park BMW persuades me to be a customer for life. Big Thanks once again! More

TERRIBLE SERVICE There is only one word to describe my experience here at Tom Bush BMW Orange Park TERRIBLE. This platform does not allow for me to give a zero score but if I had the chance I would. I dealt with Jonathan who works in the service department and he was very rude and did not show much customer service skills. He didn't provide with me with many options and made me feel like I did not have the money to get the repairs done on the vehicle. I was then told that my vehicle wasn't even put on the machine for a diagnostic test that they only looked at it and determine what the issue was. The outcome was that I needed to purchase an entirely new engine which was going to cost me $22,000. Mind you I was still charged the $137 fee for the diagnostic test. I called back to speak with the services manager and I was told that he was with a customer and to have my message forwarded to voicemail. Is that world-class customer service, I think not. More
