Arsen, in service, is helpful, friendly, and I’ve dealt with 5 different BMW dealerships throughout the country. This is the best I’ve been to by far. The confusion, the waiting, the mistakes, the inexperienced sales and maintenance employees and the lack of truth, respect and trust in the industry is pandemic. When I called Tom Bush Mazdacity in Orange Park Saturday morning, I had no idea that this would all change after a month of getting the runaround with other Mazda dealers and other makers as well. I was ready to buy a vehicle on the internet just to keep from dealing with this environment again. My last call before going to the internet was to OP and Luis answered the phone. I could tell from the start, that he knew all the vehicles, options and finance details that helped me hone in on what could satisfy my needs-right now. He has been the only car dealer who has valued my time, respected my needs in a vehicle and the only person in many years of car-buying where I felt rewarded for buying multiple vehicles from a manufacturer- it was painless. Part of what I do for a living is search for talent in the engineering field and assess performance. I see such brilliance in this young man. Thank you Luis! More

Tony was very knowledgeable and honest. Danny did our sales paperwork and was kind and just a nice guy. No pressure, no gimmicks! Definitely a customer for life. More

She was so accommodating, sweet, informative and helpful I was blown away by the level of customer service she and the whole team at Tom Bush BMW provided me with today. Crystal and Tom Bush will definitely be getting all of my business going forward . This was sincerely the absolute easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I’ve ever had!! More
Buying experience I have to say Rob and Jim made buying the X3 a real pleasant experience, the only problem with the dealership was Doug Young, he is the sales manager I have to say Rob and Jim made buying the X3 a real pleasant experience, the only problem with the dealership was Doug Young, he is the sales manager and rude and will lye to you easily. He told us that we could not get a discount on the truck unless we fiance with BMW, he did not know the difference between a rebate and discount. He SHOULD NOT be a manager his people skills are very poor, in fact he was told he was not allowed to deal with us at all. Then we got Rob as a manager and he was fantastic, and Jim was a miracle worker showing my wife how to work the truck at delivery. I would highly recommend Tom Bush, but if you get Doug Young I would request someone else to work your deal. More
