Our First (and 2nd) BMW Purchase After owning Lexus and Toyota products for years we decided to switch to BMW when the new 2019 X5 became available in November of 2018. We initially After owning Lexus and Toyota products for years we decided to switch to BMW when the new 2019 X5 became available in November of 2018. We initially talked to the staff at Orange Park BMW (Jacksonville, FL) to find out when they would have one to test drive. After checking on their pending inventory we returned a couple weeks later for the test drive and definitely liked the product. The OPBMW staff was consistently friendly, courteous and efficient, and we completed our special order for a new X5. As part of the experience we elected to take delivery at the Greer, SC factory at the "Performance Delivery Center", which was truly a great experience in learning about your new BMW. They allow you to drive a vehicle like yours in panic breaking, off road and wet skid conditions; just amazing!! At the end of the day you get acquainted with your new vehicle and drive it home. Unfortunately, we misunderstood some of the wording on the BMWUSA website regarding some of the available options and packages and left out the distance pacing cruise control with stop-and-go capability. It was one feature we had on our Lexus and really wanted it in the new vehicle. We called OPBMW on the way home and they went to work to figure out how to make us happy with our purchase. They were truly motivated to correct our oversight even though it was the first time they ever had this happen with a customer order. Since we were now part of the BMW family we qualified for some additional discounts if we purchase another one, so they went to work and found one on their lot that had what we wanted, and a few extra items, and offered a deal that was really very good considering we were now trading in a vehicle that had already been titled. They really made it as painless as they possibly could and we drove home in another new X5 the next day with everything we wanted. We are really happy with the deal and our first (or second ) BMW! If you are considering a new or used BMW purchase give OPBMW a chance. Doug and Shier are a pleasure to work with. More

Awesome Service I bought my 2013 X3 used at another dealership and have taken it in here twice to be serviced and the way they took care of my needs was 1st rate, eve I bought my 2013 X3 used at another dealership and have taken it in here twice to be serviced and the way they took care of my needs was 1st rate, even to the point of giving me a loaner when my car had to stay overnight. Originally I was going to schedule the maintenance for later in the week when I had time off but with the offer of the loaner (a new 430i) I was glad to get it taken care of quicker. I will definitely be back in a couple of years to get a new BMW from this dealership. More
