Great Customer Service I was especially pleased with the Customer Service I received from Pat in Sales, Jorge in Finance, "T" in Parts and Don in Encore. After I met with Do I was especially pleased with the Customer Service I received from Pat in Sales, Jorge in Finance, "T" in Parts and Don in Encore. After I met with Don in Encore, he was kind enough to add washer fluid to my car. The Detail Department did a great job on my car. I also appreciated the Service Department taking care of a minor speaker issue when I took my car in for detailing. I greatly appreciated everyone jumping in to help take care of many items while I was there to have my car detailed which saved me time. Thank you for the super Customer Service I have received at Tom Bush BMW. More

Visit for 10,000 mile maintenance, recall issues & a detail. Dropped our X5 at Tom Bush Orange Park for service, recall programs and a detail and got a loaner overnight. Picked it up the next morning and it loo Dropped our X5 at Tom Bush Orange Park for service, recall programs and a detail and got a loaner overnight. Picked it up the next morning and it looked great. Everything was complete except for the oil service reset. Unfortunately, the service department has to reset this, so will stop by next time we are over that way. Great people to work with. More
