I got my vehicle serviced from the orange park bmw location upon arrival I saw James the service manager and he wasn’t very welcoming to me and as I was waiting for him I noticed that he went above an location upon arrival I saw James the service manager and he wasn’t very welcoming to me and as I was waiting for him I noticed that he went above and beyond for a white female customer treating her like royalty and was extremely nice to me and was biased and not pleasant with me. I am disappointed with the way I was treated. James treat everyone the same! If I was your you’d be fired ASAP More

We love our 2017 BMW 330i and so appreciate the excellent salesmanship of Crystal Cagle. She is low key and never pushy - just classy. I jus moved from Manhattan New York to Jacksonville Florida two weeks ago and needed to buy a car immediately. I went online at Tom Bush BMW Orange Park website and saw a car that I liked and that w Florida two weeks ago and needed to buy a car immediately. I went online at Tom Bush BMW Orange Park website and saw a car that I liked and that was in my budget. In five minutes I received a text message from Tony Hojeiban who immediately scheduled an appointment for me to visit the dealer to take a test drive of the car. I arrived at the Dealership the next door and as soon I walked through the door I was greeted by the most friendly Receptionists. I met with Tony who went through the car specification in detail and then we took the car for a test drive. During the test drive Tony went through the special features of the car and also shared his experience drive this type of car. After the test drive Tony went through the car price and payment options. There were no pressure from Tony in regards to purchasing this vehicles. I went home to think about all the options Tony had given me. The next day I called Tony to let him know that I was very interested in purchasing the car. He scheduled an appoint for me to come in the dealership that same day. The process of purchasing my new car was a very smooth experience. Tony was very customer focused the entire time and only focused on my needs as a customer. After I then went to the Finance department where I sat with Douglas Young to go thought all the paperwork and signing. Douglas was very friendly throughout the paperwork process and very efficient. He even had the permanent car plate available to install to my new car. No need for a temporary plate. I was very impressed by Douglas efficiency and the time he took to ensure that I understood all the paperwork I was signing. After I have signed all the paperwork I was introduced to Don Newell who is responsible for going through all the features of the car inside and outside. Don was such a great guy spent about about two hours with me going through the features of the car, setting up my seat, merrows, navigation system etc...Don was very customer focused and extremely patient with me. There is no such thing as a stupid question for Don. He was like a father going through all the features of the car to ensure I was comfortable , confident and I was fully ready to drive home. I went back a few days after purchasing the car to see Don because a few question came up that I wanted him to answer for me. I went back to the Dealership to see Don and he spent another good two hours with me again explaining the features and answering my open questions I had. Don is fantastic! Thank you Tony, Douglas and Don for the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. Thank you Tom Bush for having such excellent employees working at your establishment.
