On a recent visit However while shopping for a new vehicle I had a less than stellar customer service experience in regard to a price quote miscommunication. Disappointed I shared my experience online. After sharing my experience I came to the conclusion that I still wanted to purchase through Titus Will as I felt the numbers provided to me were competitive with the marketplace,MOST of my experiences here were food, the dealership was local, and the purchase included a limited lifetime power train warranty. Now fast forward to the day of purchase at Titus Will. While my sales guy Kenny was taking care of my paperwork I was greeted by the GM of Titus Will Toyota, Dawn. While sitting with me Dawn took the time to sincerely acknowledge my concerns and apologize for my prior experience. It was very humbling to have the GM sit down with me and truly take ownership of the situation. Titus Will took the time to take a wrong and make it right. This in turn created a lifetime customer. My salesman Kenny provided me a solid purchasing experience! No pressure and took the time to accommodate my wonky schedule. I highly recommend Kenny for your new car purchase! More

Had clutch replaced on 2006 tacoma 4wd dbl cab I gave Titus Will Toyota service this rating because while changing my oil today, I noticed the two front drive line bolts missing and two without nut I gave Titus Will Toyota service this rating because while changing my oil today, I noticed the two front drive line bolts missing and two without nuts on front and rear of front driveline. Truck was in for a clutch replacement. This is the third time I have had issues with this service department. More

Helpful and Friendly We just moved to Tacoma from Nevada where cars do not need front license plates. We called several places and found it was not going to be easy to get a front license frame for our Prius. We did not want to go to Titus-Will Toyota because we knew the frame for the Prius was going to be expensive but we did not have any choice. When we got there, we were met by Jonathan who was very friendly and welcoming. Then, Craig came along to help install our license plates. We know it was just installing license plate frames but these two young men gave us confidence in the place. We'll be back. Thanks again Jonathan and Craig! More
