I wanted so badly to purchase a new Toyota from this dealership that was not available at my local dealership or even in the state of Oregon. However, after working out a deal with the Salesman, Ke dealership that was not available at my local dealership or even in the state of Oregon. However, after working out a deal with the Salesman, Kevin, who was very responsive and prompt to return texts, and phone calls, it all went South. Kevin accepted a $500 deposit on the vehicle. I am in Oregon and so we arranged for Kevin to pick me up at the Amtrak station about 3 miles from them dealership the next morning. After working out a deal, I applied online via the Toyota Financing portal. Shortly after applying, I received the following e-mail stating I should contact the dealership. "Thank you so much for taking the time to get Pre-Qualified at Titus-Will Toyota. Please contact us at (253) 475-4151 so that we may better serve you in the purchase of your new car". I immediately called and was routed to voicemail for the finance department. I left a detailed message and asked for a call back. About two hours later, after NO call back, I called and spoke with Chuck in sales. I told Chuck I needed to speak to the Finance Manager. He told me he would speak to him and have him call me. When another hour elapsed, I sent a return e-mail asking for the Finance Manager to call me. Still NO call!!! The dealership closed at 8:00 p.m.. At 8:30 I texted Kevin and asked him to return my $500 deposit as I was NOT going to board a train in the morning without having spoken to someone in finance and had a guarantee that my financing had been approved. Fortunately, my train ticket was refundable. Kevin asked me via text to reconsider since they were very busy that afternoon closing three deals. I told him IF I wasn't important enough for a one minute phone call, to confirm my financing had been approved, I surely did not trust that I would be important enough when I got to the dealership to have finance even care about me and my valuable time when I arrived and still had a three hour return trip home. After terminating the deal, I read a Google Review that stated the Finance Manager, Jim had been rude and condescending to a customer. I decided to take my business and my money elsewhere... Today I spent $60,000 at an Oregon dealership that traded a Washington dealer for my car. Thankfully Titus-Will refunded my deposit and will NEVER see a penny from my wallet. More

The salesperson kept me at the dealership for over 5 hours until they were basically closing before I could get my car. 30 minutes after leaving the dealership I realized the vehicle had a small damage to the door they tried to cover up. They refused to credit me for the damage. They also added multiple add ons I had requested to take off, and now am having to further negotiate with them to remove. go anywhere else. buyer beware. More

Before we purchased the veichle we asked some important to the sales person, Chad, was the veichle safe and was it serviced he said, "Yes, the veichle was safe and was serviced." My Dad who was with me asked about the rust on the tire rotors and Chad assured us that was normal and there was no other rust on the veichle. We drove it on the road it was fine, so I decided to finalize this sale and get my dream truck. Come to find out that the cabin would shake on highway speeds, their was slugde in the engine and the underbelly was sprayed over to cover up all the rust after taking it to a personal mechanic that I've worked with. Took it back later that night and we complained, they did offer to exchange but how could we trust them and take this new truck to be insepected so we left. We get a call that the fixed this which they did but we still didn't trust them but we couldn't get out of this now. So for peace of mind I took it to Toyota Doxon for a buyer inspection even they told us not to buy this due to all of the rust underneath and the engine. When buying a used veichle do yourself a favor and get it insepcted buy a mechanic you trust before getting ripped off. More
Tried to buy a used vehicle but because I was out of state they wouldn't even discuss with me. They said we sold a car out of state on a credit card and the card was stolen so we don't sell out of stat state they wouldn't even discuss with me. I was treated like I was trying to rob them and wanted to get off the phone immediately, very rude and condescending! I would NOT recommend this dealer at all and wouldn't give them a dime of your hard earned money! I found a vehicle in better shape, lower mileage, and better price than what Titus was offering at a dealer that was glad to work with me and answered all of my questions. Stay away from Titus-Will! More
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! !!! A few months ago a I purchased a Toyota truck from them. Let me say the worst feeling the world is knowing you’ve been ripped off and not being !!! The customer service was abysmal! The vehicle has proven to be a piece of crap. Something you would expect from a fly by night buy here pay here lot. Not a SUPPOSED REPUTABLE DEALERSHIP. Turns out the “single owner” they represented was a car rental company. A two year old vehicle that had been run through the wringer. The dealership didn’t even detail it and barely washed it. Found years old dirt caked on the undercarriage with rust and corrosion everywhere. Also of note if a non Toyota mechanic finds issues to be addressed expect to pay out of pocket for repairs because if the Toyota mechanic doesn’t agree the warranty is worthless. I’ve been a loyal Toyota/Lexus customer for over 20 years. I like the brand but this dealership NEVER AGAIN!! More
I do NOT recommend buying from this dealership. I have had 2 bad experiences Titus-Will. This one - In 2022 we bought a used Cadillac xt5 for our daughter. Short time latter I say it was blowing white smoke. I took it back to Toyota - Tacoma. I was told to talk to the service department. The young man said that was normal. All their cars did that. This was an outright lie. He said to take it to the Cadillac dealer in Fife if I wanted to have it checked. My daughter then moved out of state, so I did not get to pursue it further. Now, 3 years latter, I have the car back, it still blows smoke. I called the Titus-Will Cadillac dealership in Fife and was told it was, of course, out of new-purchase warranty and It was now my problem to pay for. Do not buy form Titus-Will without having another company check the used car. Titus-Will does not do a very good job of inspecting their used car before reselling it. More

I came in for a specific vehicle and when I showed up the vehicle was still on the showroom floor. So now I had to wait for them to remove it before even sitting down with anyone. The original sales rep who I spoke to passed me off to someone else as I was not financing through the dealership and he decided I was not worth his time. The new sales rep was very nice and that is the only reason I'm not rating lower. I waited upwards of 2hrs to get in with the finance rep to give him my check and sign paperwork, which they then pressured me to run a credit report to try and persuade me to finance through them. Another hour and I finally am free to drive away with the car. A month down the road I get a call from them stating that they had lost my check. I should have just said "That sucks" and driven away with my free car, but I got them a replacement check. It was just a mess and I honestly would not buy from them again or recommend them. More
