My experience at Earl Tindol was truly wonderful! Don Hong is a superb salesman and I would refer him to anyone looking to buy a car! He is a great asset to Earl Tindol!! Why is it so painful to purchase a car or truck. 3+ HOURS. The last car I bought, at a different dealer, was 1 hour and 15 minutes tops. Then to have the finance guy try to play with the APR was inex HOURS. The last car I bought, at a different dealer, was 1 hour and 15 minutes tops. Then to have the finance guy try to play with the APR was inexcusable. I am glad we caught it otherwise we would be paying TWO points HIGHER. I know it is legal for him to do it but it is pretty underhanded. The sale guy, Brian, was very nice but seemed hog-tie by the Sales Manager. Overall, if I hadn't needed an older truck I would have gone elsewhere, and I will next time. As far as writing the review at the dealership, NO. I was ready to leave after all that time. More
BUYER BEWARE!!!!! This dealership is TRULY a BUYER BEWARE!!!!! This dealership is TRULY a "stealership"!! We bought a BRAND NEW car here and found damage to the body as well as paint that loo BUYER BEWARE!!!!! This dealership is TRULY a "stealership"!! We bought a BRAND NEW car here and found damage to the body as well as paint that looked like it was easily a year old. WE HAVE PICTURES OF THE CAR DENTED PRIOR TO US PURCHASING THE VEHICLE GROM THEM!!! Theyactually insinuated we dented it!!!When we contacted the dealer about it we were told to bring the car back and they would take care of it. Well, two days later we were told our car was ready.... But they couldn't fix the body damage so just come pick up your car.... Without any other options or offers to repair the car. This is a $58,000 car. Fords flagship car. We were very discontent with the service at this point. Short story.... We were directed up the chain of command to the general manager Tom. The most useless and condescending individual we have ever dealt with in a customer service situation EVER! He actually told us if it were his car he would do NOTHING to the dent in the vehicle! We told him that was not an option at all and his only other option was body work, after telling us it would "compromise the factory paint" !!! We asked for a new hood instead and flat out the useless general manger Tom just said "no, I'm not ordering a hood". Totally useless. Worst car buying experience ever. All they did when we picked up the car was wax it. No scratches removed. No dents fixed. NOTHING! When we called back today Tom the general manager HUNG UP ON US!! I guess this place is more about saving the almighty dollar than selling cars in NEW condition or ANY customer service! BUYER BEWARE! Read the bad reviews. The good ones are certainly bogus and written by the dealership! More
