Waited for 4 weeks for these sales people to find and sell me a Hyundai Elantra. Never happened, never contacted me back, I had to call them, terrible. I understand everybody has their goals and in the end I feel I received a fair deal. I had an issue with recieving the second key, but Tim Moran has been very helpful in making sure that my situation was taken care of. This has been the second car I have bought from Gosch and will certainly consider them when I begin looking for my next f250 next year. After all I do like to keep my sales taxes local, and their responsiveness helps keep me in town. More

Everyone was really helpful and cooperative. My first visit was to simply test drive 3 of their vehicles and that was easy to do. The next visit I brought my daughter to get a second opinion about a coup visit was to simply test drive 3 of their vehicles and that was easy to do. The next visit I brought my daughter to get a second opinion about a couple of the vehicles that I liked and we ended up buying that day! I bought the Elantra and Matt in finance worked asome great numbers for me, and Reagan and Carl were so friendly and very nice to work with Berbnardo helped with all of the test drives and it was an experience that was painless. Every time I have had to purchase or lease a vehicle it has taken hours and hours...this time I was in and out in just under 2 hours, and it w9uld have been less, but they detailed the car for me ! It was all GOOD! More

Actually it was because I was unable to get a test drive at two other Hyundai dealers in the Inland May 15, 2010 What brought me to Gosch Hyundai? Actually it was because I was unable to get a test drive at two other Hyundai dealers in the Inland Empire. One dealer didn’t have a Santa Fe SE on their lot both times I visited them (in a 7 day period) and the other had one on the lot but said they were "too busy" on a Saturday to offer a test drive unless I was buying that day! Because of this I almost ended up with a VW Tiguan but, to be fair, I felt that I really should try the Santa Fe before making my final decision. I had driven the Tiguan, the Maxda CX-7 and the Subaru Outback. So I decided to give Hyundai one last chance. That is when I phoned Gosch Hyundai to see if they had inventory available for a test ride. I was linked up with Will Holmes who took the time to talk to me and also called me back from his cell phone while outside on their lot to ensure that the color and specs were accurate before I made the trip out to Hemet. Will was very amiable and never seemed to rush our conversation in order to get to another customer. The next day, I found one more Santa Fe at another Inland Empire dealer location, but because I already felt comfortable with Will, I made the venture to Gosch in Hemet. My test drive was leisurely without being hurried to return. I was able to able to put the Santa Fe through its paces on an open highway, steep grade and unpaved road. The results were very impressive and the vehicle performed about as well as its next closest competitor (the Tiguan), but for $5,000 less! Will was very knowledgeable about his product, and when we returned, I decided to buy. At the dealership, Will put in the extra effort to not only locate my favorite color and feature combinations in the 2010 Santa Fe (in L.A.), but also worked with his manager to match the price I was quoted with Overstock.com. I had no reason to shop elsewhere. Will was sincere and genuine and met every concern I had about the purchase so I took their offer of the 3.9 financing and the Hyundai rebate to complete the credit application to seal the deal. Will had to leave after finishing his shift and turned me over to his very capable co-worker Chad Jahary to finish the application process. The car was delivered that night, but we returned the next morning to pick up the SUV. The next day, something unusual happened. As my wife and I arrived at the dealership, we were actually GREETED by someone obviously in Management. That acknowledgement helped to make us feel special. I had also noticed that the staff appeared friendly and smiling towards each other, another positive evident at Gosch Hyundai which I noticed absent at a few other dealers. The contract formalities were handled with finance manager Leland Riker (nice guy, no pressure). Chad Jahary took care of everything else from application input & completion, going over the ownership manuals, the new car “walk through” inspection, the first time instruction and also the pairing of my cell phone to the Blue Tooth connection. Again, I was never rushed or treated like anything other than the “only customer at the moment” Chad was professional, attentive and humorous, and puts forth a very welcoming attitude and I drove off the lot with a Cheshire Cat grin on my face. I was very pleasantly surprised by my experience at the Gosch auto group and would recommend them to anyone who lives within a 100 mile radius and is interested in one of their vehicles. G. P.
