Hidden Fees I really had a good experience with the sales people, they even delivered my vehicle to me. I signed the paperwork at my house, and shame on me, I only paid attention to the total payment amount and did not catch that the finance department had added in a $950.00 theft system that was not brought to my attention when speaking with them to finalize the deal. That nearly $1000 was above the sale price of the vehicle, thus I should have been informed. More

Car Buying Experoemce This was by far the worst car buying experience i ever had in my life. So lets start. I had my kids with me and i still spent 4 to 5 hrs at the de This was by far the worst car buying experience i ever had in my life. So lets start. I had my kids with me and i still spent 4 to 5 hrs at the dealership. Not ideal when i had an appointment setup. I had it in my mind that i was going to buy my wife the Palisade for our 10 year anniversary. Did i need to buy the car....absolutely not...just wanted something nice for her since our trip to Japan got canx due to COVID-19. Now my Salesperson was named Troy and he was an okay guy. I told him what the last dealership had offered me for my car and the out the door price for the 2020 Palisade. He went to talk to his manager for like 30 mins and kind of left me sitting in the chair with no follow up with what was going on. That was mistake #1. Leaving me there clueless. Then another guy comes over and tries to negotiate with me the value of my trade in and gets rude with me. I told him the same thing of what the last dealership in Temecula was offering me. I told him i guess i will take my business some where else and he said fine!!! Mistake #2...dont be rude to the customer. So.... as i am going to get my kids to leave....i guess the Sales manager came over to talk to me and he asked "what is it going to take to get me to walk out the door with the keys". I told him my numbers of where i wanted to be. After we negotiated for like an hour which resulted in me adding another 500 to my down payment...We finally got to the price i wanted. After, we negotiated the price i let the salesperson know that i did not want the tow package on the car. This is for my wife and we have no reason to ever tow anything with the vehicle and i asked to have it removed. He informed me that it would cost me to have it removed. I politely told him that i will be taking my business somewhere else, where it didnt have that package. He also informed me that it would cost me as well to get the car that i wanted from another dealership and i said no thanks. He told me to hold on and he will talk to him manager, and i said ok. This is where it really made me upset. The salesperson comes back to me and asks is there anyway that we can leave the tow package on because his manager tells him at this point if you can seal the deal...you should find you another place to work. Let me remind everyone...this part is coming from the salesperson...Mistake #3 i am the customer...why are you telling me that you are going to get fired if i dont buy the car.....aka not my problem...dont mean to sound rude...but it really is not my problem. I didnt tell him that but i sure was thinking it. So finally after everything is said and done...i still end up buying the car. Now what makes me even more mad.....i got my keys and i am doing my walk around and inspecting my wife's new car and i find a 2 inch gash on the steering wheel. Looks like someone was taking off of the plastic with a box cutter and accidentally nicks the steering wheel. I informed the salesperson that my steering wheel has a gash on it and needs to be fixed. I asked is this covered under the warranty and he wasn't sure. So informed the Sales Manager that my brand new car has a 2 inch gash on it and this man tells me "that's not my problem, talk to your salesperson. My job is done....i got you into the car." At this point i am like WOW!!! Finally we found that it is covered under warranty and the service department did an outstanding job with setting me up and getting me take care of and i will write a separate review about them. So all in all my car buying experience was just terrible and i wouldn't recommend anyone buy a car here!!! More
