Referred though Costco. Set up an appointment with Jazmin. When trying to tell her what I was interested in she said she couldn't discuss beforrhand because the stock is constantly changing. I was passed me off to another sales person when I got to my appointment. In finance, I was lied to and told I had to buy theft patrol because it was installed on all cars in the lot. Also told I had to buy an extended warranty in order for electronics to be covered. Only discovered this was a lie because a family friend works for Hyundai corporate. Went back two days later to speak to Ricky. He was extremely rude to me and my family and would not deal with me, even though I was within the three day exchange period posted on the Hyundai website. At first would not deal with me because my father was not there because he was with me when I bought the car, although he did not co sign. Changed the story about the theft patrol and said I had to have it because I went through Costco, even though the email from Costco said it was optional. Would not deal with me until higher up in hyundai and Costco got involved. More

The staff are personable and thoughtful in their communication. They were attentive to our request for a specific vehicle make and color and did locate the type of vehicle that we were looking to communication. We found a peculiar defect in the auto body of the vehicle that we did purchase. Monica Martinez referred us to the service center. Guy Foster met with us on 11/18/20 and evaluated the defect along with other specialists in their field. We were assured that every measure would be taken to correct the defect.
