Made a visit to see the vehicle, took a test drive and began the dealing. Julian Gray, Dennis Adams and Kimberly Brim were the people I spoke/dealt with. These three were no less the professionals I expected. Julian worked with me,back and forth, to get that perfect price. Dennis rode with me on the test drive and explained the features. Kimberly completed the paper work to seal the deal. Good job on their part. I would recommend these three to anyone wanting to buy a new or used car. More

Friendly Salesperson; Great Pricing; Lacked Transparency The dealership was a typical dealership. We enjoyed working with Julian on this transaction. He was very friendly and helpful. The main positive for the dealership was the pricing of the vehicle, which was excellent compared to the market. However, a dealer added "Millennium Package" is required to be purchased for all of their vehicles at $499. There was no transparency regarding the cost for this required item and the pricing was not disclosed until the presentation of the Bill of Sale. Additionally, the vehicle was not thoroughly cleaned. Specifically, there was an old tissue in the seat back pocket, crumbs/debris under the seat, a child's pink brush under the third row seat, and there was a sticky substance on the rear vent of the vehicle. A thorough cleaning process should have identified these issues prior to presenting the vehicle for sale. Overall, Classic Chevrolet provided great value for the transaction. However, I would suggest that they improve their pricing transparency with the customers and ensure that their used vehicles are adequately cleaned prior to sale. More

A week later they have on their windshield at dealership 0 percent for 72 months. No I would not buy from again! Finance guy was sneaky,all he wanted you to do was sign papers, every time we ask about rate ,no direct answer. Beware of finance manager and sales manager, my mistake I should have just walked out. From Lauren's phone call until Glen from the Mills Group finished the finance paperwork I was treated well. Dennis did a great job explaining the electronics and after the sale he helped set me up with OnStar. The tank went full (from a half tank during the test drive) and Sammy did a fine job detailing it out quickly. My truck is quiet and I can bring up XM, Pandora, my thumb drive music, or even a CD. Even classical music can be heard during quiet passages. Very un-trucklike in that regard. The dealership does a great job and I recommend them for a Chevy purchase. The only thing I should have done was to ask to sit in the Corvette on the sales floor because those are sweet and I'll never buy one :-) More

Crooks that don't stand behind their work Back in Dec 2014, we took our car to Classic when our regular mechanic couldn't fit us in. Big mistake. It took them the better part of a week to complete the work and when we called to check on the progress were told they had all the wires out and had to completely rewire the car. Wasn't cheap. Since they worked on it, the air conditioner, windows and door locks have stopped working. our regular mechanic informed us it was in the wiring and to go back to Classic...they SHOULD stand behind their work. WRONG. Don't let them rip you off too. More
