I started our sales experience with Lauren with a phone call from her and then emailing back and forth. She was so friendly, professional and helpful right from the start. I told her my husband and I wanted to drive a Chevy Cruze on Tuesday afternoon. We did not plan to purchase that day. I arrived at Classic first and Ben immediately came out to greet me. He was friendly and asked if he could help. I asked him if I could see Lauren. He immedidately took me to her and she introduced Ben as the sales associate we would be working with. After my husband arrived, we took a test drive with both of us driving the car. When we returned, Ben verified exactly what we were looking for and found one at another dealership. J. W. Whitley came in and introduced himself. He and Ben worked diligently with us on the price and also the trade in that we originally had planned to sell personally. We received a great price on the trade in and decided to purchase then. Everyone we dealt with at Classic was professional, friendly and went beyond our expecatations working with us to help us get the car we wanted. My story is not so different from others. I was driving down Cannon Blvd Sunday afternoon and saw a car that I was interested in. Pulled to look and thought that would be it. I thought to myself, I can't get that car but I will at least check it out Monday. Monday afternoon I met Lauren. She was great and no pressure. I told her I was not buying just looking, but I would like to know the best out the door price. With in 3 minutes she had it. I did a double take and thought, "I can't pass this up" We finished the deal that afternoon. I took delivery on the car several days later and was very pleased that the items i wanted addressed were taken care of. All I can say is that Classic is a class act from start to finish and I will be recommending them to friends and family for used as well as new vehicles. I walked in responding to an email received from the dealer. I was still shopping but knew what I wanted. They found exactly the car I was looking for at a dealer in VA! and then made me an offer that caused me to stop searching and deal with them. The overall visit was good. I had one concern about the vehicle. There was a belt that squealed and it was said to be fixed. I would like to get it checked to make sure my purchase was satisfactory. I was just looking around for a new family car and I stopped in here. When Lauren and JW saw and heard the condition of the vehicle I was driving around in, they stayed there with me and my children un stopped in here. The whole experience was excellent. I am so used to being pressured and feeling uncomfortable when buying a car.
