This was the best car buying experience... EVER! I recieved a pre-approval letter and contacted Lauren. I set up an appointment and missed it. I did not expect to get a car because I was not actively looking at the time and from the moment I pulled up Shane opened the door for me, all of the other sales people greeted me, and I had no wait time! Shane immediately started to engage me and find my interest. She pulled a car out front and I immediately looked and said NO! I do not want this car. She said 1 simple question, "Why". I had no answer for that but I never had a Pontiac before. We went on the test drive and the car had everything I told her I wanted: good price, low miles, clean, good gas mileage, and safe for my daughter. I went to them with a price I wanted to spend and they gave me an AMAZING car within my price range. The finance department was AWESOME! They can out to me and talked to ME!! They did not stay hidden in a corner with crazy prices. They were honest with what to expect the entire time! Not only did I get a great car... They gave me a great warranty as well for! They are backing my purchase not only for today but for the many tomorrows that are to be! If I am ever in the market for a car I will always come to Classic Chevrolet of Kannapolis first. IT WAS A CARING ATMOSPHER. I did not feel pushed or rushed into a decision. They did not bring me a car out of my price range. I had a 6:30 appointment to test drive a Chevy Spark. I was greeted by enthusiastic staff as I walked into the dealership. After the road test, we struck a deal on my trade-in and the purchase price of the new Chevy Spark. I completed the deal within a couple of hours!!! I can say that the truck I just bought from Classic Chevrolet was my first vehicle purchase from a dealer. I had heard from others that the process normally takes a couple hours of haggling and arguing Chevrolet was my first vehicle purchase from a dealer. I had heard from others that the process normally takes a couple hours of haggling and arguing a final price. From the time I parked my truck I was treated very good by the staff. I looked at only the vehicles that I was interested in and the sales person was very knowledgeable about the products. I was a little hesitant about making an offer after test driving so they let me take the truck home for three days to see if I liked it. I took the truck back and sat down to negotiate. It only took about 45 minutes to get the price right for my trade and the new truck. I even got a spray in bed liner included in the deal. Buy with confidence when you shop at Classic. I went in to refinance the car I purchased there last year. It was a 1996 Mercury Mariner. I walked out with a new 2012 Chevy Cruze. I never knew I could ever have a new car. I started our sales experience with Lauren with a phone call from her and then emailing back and forth. She was so friendly, professional and helpful right from the start. I told her my husband and I wanted to drive a Chevy Cruze on Tuesday afternoon. We did not plan to purchase that day. I arrived at Classic first and Ben immediately came out to greet me. He was friendly and asked if he could help. I asked him if I could see Lauren. He immedidately took me to her and she introduced Ben as the sales associate we would be working with. After my husband arrived, we took a test drive with both of us driving the car. When we returned, Ben verified exactly what we were looking for and found one at another dealership. J. W. Whitley came in and introduced himself. He and Ben worked diligently with us on the price and also the trade in that we originally had planned to sell personally. We received a great price on the trade in and decided to purchase then. Everyone we dealt with at Classic was professional, friendly and went beyond our expecatations working with us to help us get the car we wanted. I will be telling everyone to go to Classic first before going anywhere else. I really liked something Lauren said to us: "Welcome to the Classic Chevrolet Family."
