Amazing experience. I came in for an oil change and with the help of Joe Z. and Robert Parr, I left with a 2016 Chevy Trax. While looking around I was approached by a sal I came in for an oil change and with the help of Joe Z. and Robert Parr, I left with a 2016 Chevy Trax. While looking around I was approached by a saleman so I asked for Mike Z. who helped me with the purchase of my Pontiac G6. He was unavailable so he asked that his brother assist me. Joe Z. was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He offered advice which led me to successfully leave my new SUV. They were prompt, courteous and went above expectations to help me from over three hours away. I worked directly with Stephanie Malfara and was constantly updated as to what was going on with my vehicle. I cannot recommend her and her coworkers enough.
