All services were completed within the 2 hours Matthew estimated. The waiting area was comfortable, complimentary hot beverages nice, and mens room spotless. More
Without providing a long drawn out story, bottom line is don’t take your vehicle here. They’ll tell you something is wrong with your vehicle and then suggest that you buy another vehicle. I took my vehicle don’t take your vehicle here. They’ll tell you something is wrong with your vehicle and then suggest that you buy another vehicle. I took my vehicle to another Chevrolet dealer and they told me something completely different from what Tim Lally told me. I got my vehicle serviced at another location and it’s been fine since. My vehicle was at Tim Lally for two months and not once did they provide an explanation on why they did nothing to my vehicle. I will NEVER take my vehicle back there ever again. I now understand why my warranty company gave them such an issue when they stated what they thought the issue was. My warranty company has never given the other dealership any problems when it came to covering repairs. Tim Lally is not a trusted dealership. More
I have been trying to get my car fix for over a year. Each time i call they never get back to me on the status of the part they need to fix my 2022 Malibu brought brand new with 3 miles on it. When the s Each time i call they never get back to me on the status of the part they need to fix my 2022 Malibu brought brand new with 3 miles on it. When the sum heat my car up my radio loses its mind. it turns the volume all the way up and i have no control over it. When this happens the screen will black out also. I have tried to get this problem resolved for over an year. This issue is under warrenty and service (JIM Lamtman) refuse to call back or answer my email. I am still waiting on the owner Brock Lally to call me back. My service has been absolutley horrible and i would not recommend anyone to go here. Now i have to get a lawyer involved to get my car fixed. More
1) They had my car for almost four weeks after telling me it would take less than a week. 2) Then they told me one of the parts they needed to fix it was on back order. 3) So I picked up my car, paid f it would take less than a week. 2) Then they told me one of the parts they needed to fix it was on back order. 3) So I picked up my car, paid for the work that had been done and the new part. 4) Then I picked up my son from school and put him in his car seat. 5) We were on our second stop before I realized that the mechanics at Tim Lally had unhooked the latch that secures the car seat to the back of the seat and unbuckled the seatbelt that holds it in place, but been unable to remove the car seat entirely. Instead of a) telling me they'd done that, b) leaving the car seat tipped on its side so I would immediately know that something was wrong and not buckle my kid into an unsecured car seat and then drive ten miles, or (God forbid) c) calling me and asking how to remove the seat or actually looking at the instruction manual (readily available online, thank you very much), they inexplicably took option d), and replaced the car seat in the exact right position with the seatbelt still apparently threaded through it, so that no one glancing casually from the outside would know that the car seat had been entirely disconnected from everything that actually makes it safe. Luckily for everyone, our drive was entirely uneventful. Even a minor fender bender would have caused major damage, as my son could have been thrown forward and sideways with his momentum PLUS the momentum of the heavier-than-rocks car seat and seriously hurt. (BONUS: when I dropped the car off, I SPECIFICALLY ASKED if they wanted me to remove the car seat because it's a small car stuff is sometimes located in weird places and I've had to go back and take the car seat out at other, better dealers. They told me no.) 6) A few months went by, and my car broke again, same problem as before. 7) I called Tim Lally. I already knew I wasn't taking the car back there (see point 5, above, for how they had endangered by son't life through a combination of laziness and .... well, laziness). I called to see when they were going to get the part I had paid for six months ago. Guess what? No, seriously, guess. The part was ..... sitting in the parts department. Had been for a while, apparently, but they hadn't bothered to call me. 8) I forgot to put this one in the list in chronological order and it's not worth going back and renumbering everything, but I forgot to mention that they ABSOLUTELY SUCK AT CUSTOMER CONTACT. When they had my car for almost a month instead of less then a week, the only way I ever found out what was going on was when I called and then called back and then called back to talk to my assigned customer service rep. He never returned calls, no one else called me, and obviously the parts department doesn't communicate with the customer service department (or anyone else). Moral of the story?????? DRIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE AND NEVER LOOK BACK. More

Seams wierd that m that the breaks squeak all the time. Had it in for service twice and they say " your breaks will just squeak, thats what they do". Seams wierd that my other cheaper Chevy truck...they dont squeak. The service guy told me they could put some cheaper braks on it for $ 1500. Sounds like time to look into a Ford. More
Recently moved to Ohio and saw good ratings for the service department at Tim Lally. Took my Tahoe in for a transmission failure (have extended service contact) and they have had my vehicle for 5 weeks service department at Tim Lally. Took my Tahoe in for a transmission failure (have extended service contact) and they have had my vehicle for 5 weeks. After numerous calls to try and get ahold of the service advisor and after getting Chevrolet Corp Customer Service involved finally got ahold of service advisor. No apologies no nothing just explained was swamped with work and that a tech had to be dedicated to one day of working on vehicle and he didn't know when that would be. This was two weeks ago. Had Chevy Corp Customer Service follow up (today 7/5/2022) and they were told that my warranty company is requesting the transmission be broken down. Called my extended service contact company today as well to see what they are actually requesting and they stated they have no claim or call in as of yet (7/5/2022) from the dealership. The only good thing about Tim Lally is the service dept receptionist who is responsive and shows empathy and apologies for the service advisor. I requested a phone call from the Service Department Manager today(7/5/2022). Will follow up and report if they even bother to call me. I am now trying to pick up/ tow my vehicle to another Chevy dealership. Avoid Tim Lally Service Department at all cost if you value your sanity. More
