Car service was very good! However, cleanliness was not! Grease from shoe in the door jam. And oily handprints on the side of the car along engine compartment. However, cleanliness was not! Grease from shoe in the door jam. And oily handprints on the side of the car along engine compartment. More

Was so VERY disappointed. Bought an HHR brand spanking new, made-to-order back in 2007. Took it to Tim Lally for YEARS and it seemed like they always treated me well. Then Bought an HHR brand spanking new, made-to-order back in 2007. Took it to Tim Lally for YEARS and it seemed like they always treated me well. Then after taking it to them for 15 years, they told me that the ONLY way to fix an oil leak I was having was to replace the engine. $4,000 - $5,000 to replace the engine or buy a new car. I said "No thank you." A friend highly recommended Spicer Automotive in Solon. Took it to them and they said it was an oil pressure sensing unit. $170 parts and labor. That was it. Drove her for another two years, taking her to Spicer whenever I needed work. Finally had to give her up back in February. But I went with a Subaru because I will NEVER trust Tim Lally again! More
