A couple of days later Jim emailed me again offering me the price I had requested. I told him done deal. Turns out he had gone to bat for me with the higher ups using the arguments I had set out for my price request and they signed off. Fast forward, every single step of the process was top notch. Jim "Z" handled every detail, responded to any questions quickly and with great enthusiasm. My car arrived in perfect condition, just as Jim had promised. I have bought a lot of cars, and I have to say this is probably the best and easiest experience I have ever had. No question that I received better service from 2000+ miles away than at any local dealer. More
