Repair time is ridiculous and communication is almost nonexistent, cares very little for customer even if you are getting thousands on thousands of dollars of work done. I purchased a vehicle from you guys three years ago till today with warranty have brought the vehicle back to you guys for three repairs probably totaling close to 15 thousand or more just suspension work and minor engine repair and the lack of communication and just showing that you are concerned. I will never use this dealership for repairs again on the same vehicle or a new one if I ever choose to purchase from Tim Lally ever again. Absolute worst service department ever!!!!! More

Very disappointed with the service department at Tim Lally Chevrolet .I took my 2020 Chevy Equinox (which was purchased their last year in April 2025) in for service in February 2026. After I received m Lally Chevrolet .I took my 2020 Chevy Equinox (which was purchased their last year in April 2025) in for service in February 2026. After I received my diagnostic, I was told the charge air cooler needed to be replaced and that my brakes needed repair. A few days later I took my car back to the shop to get repaired and was told the part was out of stock and they will contact me when the part comes in. Waiting on the parts my car broke down a week later, I had my car towed to the shop the next day and I was then told the engine needed to be replaced, After all the work was completed in March 2026, I came and picked up the car and was told I needed a new battery cause the car wouldn’t start and the battery percentage was very low on their end, I had AAA come to the dealership and test the battery and the AAA specialist told me the battery reading was at 82%. And that my battery was fine. I told Rachael in the service department that but she insisted that it was the battery, I had AAA replace the battery yet the car still would not start. I then was told that the Starter needed to be replaced. After the Starter was replacement the car started. I feel it was unnecessary money spent on a brand new battery. Also the AAA specialist noticed a crack on the engine covering which was not there before and I was told by Rachael that it was not important just a fancy covering that is use to cover the engine. After I left the shop I took my car to get washed and the guy drying off my car noticed a piece with a screw in it was left on my windshield ( not sure what this piece goes too) I reached out to the service department manager (Joe) and never received a call back my car hasn’t been running the same since the repairs were done. I just purchased this car last year and my car isn’t running like it was before which was smooth since the repairs. I’m very disappointed with the quality of work and the lack of communication with the shop!! More
