We came in looking for a particular vehicle in which I had researched for a few days online for my Wife and found this vehicle at this dealership which was an hour and a half away. The salesman that we d had researched for a few days online for my Wife and found this vehicle at this dealership which was an hour and a half away. The salesman that we dealt with was so friendly and helpful. It was the first time that my Wife actually stayed with me throughout the whole process and had fun doing it....( I appreciated that)...After this purchase a few days later I guess I got the bug also and started shopping for a vehicle for myself and unbelievable the same dealership had one Nissan Altima on their lot. The next day I was at work and called Vicente and gave him a project for the day. I told him the car I had to trade in and the car I wanted on his lot and asked him to have the deal ready if the prices were right ( already had my figures again what I wanted) told him and within 30 minutes he had called me back (still at work) and said we could do it....Told him I could be there around 5:30 that afternoon. Got there and sure enough everything was ready and the deal was set....they looked at my car just from what I told them (and actually gave me 500.00 more that what they quoted over the phone not to many dealers will do that)....Drove home my Altima that night. We could not ask for a better salesman. Stuart made us feel very welcome, comfortable & stress free. We were never pressured to buy. Bob from finance is very friendly & knowledgeable. Excellent shopping experience. They both did everything possible to make sure we are happy with our purchase. Our entire family buys vehicles from the same car dealership in Orlando for years, buying a total of twelve vehicles & refused to buy from any other dealer. We were forced to shop somewhere else since they did not have the van we wanted. We are very glad we found Tom Edwards. They will be our preferred dealership.
