Robert Maxwell was a wonderful salesman. Other than that the entire process was a nightmare. Took a week for the leather seats after the arrival. Took another week for the paint and body work that was not done. Buffing the front bumper was the only thing that was attempted. Looks terrible. The painter said he needed another week to mix the paint and take the entire bumper out. Meanwhile, I decided to trade for synthetic oil changes instead of destroying the brand new vehicle. The Dodge Challenger was dirty and wet. I have to dry it off with my own towels. When I got home, I wash the car. I noticed a small dent on the hood. It can only be seen when the vehicle was in the shade. I called the dealership. I was told that it could have been me that caused the damage. The dealership was not responsible for the Small Dent. Almost a month of headache. Each day was a lie. Paid $200 a month for auto insurance that never been driven. Only driven home and back to the dealership. I would appreciate if the owner could investigate the situation. The entire process was xxxx. Please help me. More
These people are so amazing. The number of errors made in a recent transaction is embarrassing tho the industry. Currently at 5 visits to resolve THEIR errors and still not done. Tried to change financing after bank accepted contract. Finance Manager called bank and cancelled approval so they could use their own company for "incentives" not agreed to. RUN! Or better yet, drive...FAST and not from a car purchased at this dealership. More
Sold a certified car that has not been funtional. Drove up almost 4 hours from Miami to make a deal for a Certified 2019 Grand Cherokee. Great vehicle, great price, loved it. Half way back home I found out why they offered me the most for my trade and why the price of the vehicle was so great, they wanted to get rid of the car. Half way home the car starts shaking, engine light comes on and a start/stop light turns on. I have no idea what is wrong with the vehicle, I am not a mechanic. Next day car turns on, keeps shaking when accelerated same lights come on. Used my wife's car to go to work. Following day take the car to the nearest Jeep dealership and has been there ever since. To make things worse they gave me only one key which is ok since it was not a new car but guess what, when I take the car to the dealership the key they gave me is not the vehicle's key, they got some key, programmed it and said it was the car's, it doesn't even have the lift gate button. I did drive the car with the sales person but it was a quick turn around and we drove about a mile and made a U turn, did not accelerate the car and did not shake or turn any lights on, all happened about an hour and a half driving back home. I do not understand how can they sell a car as certified and have so many problems. They will say its a used car and that is the way the car business goes, yes but it had only 14k miles on it and was "certified". I guess certified means that it will only turn on. I am very disappointed, was the first Jeep I have ever bought. I will update the review once the car comes out of the service department and they tell me what is wrong with it. Hopefully is nothing major. More

Very poor and unprofessional customer service I found a truck I liked and was working with a salesman to try and get to the final numbers. You know what makes up all the hidden fees. The salesman I was working with was off and I got handed off to some one else that insisted I work with her. The salesman I had been working with called in the middle of all of this and said for me to just hold off until the morning and he will get my questions answered and see what is the best price we can get. All good.......and THEN the woman called me back wanting the tag number I will be transferring over and I had commented I will give it to the original person I was working with in the morning. BTW it is 8:00 at night and she sharply told me WELL GUESS WHAT YOU ARE WORKING WITH BOTH OF US NOW! How rude can people be. Even if they give me the best price in the country I will NOT be dealing with these people. More
