I wish that I could give the service department of this place a -5 star review but unfortunately that is just not an option. My so called service advisor made promise after promise and I’ve completely lost track of his excuse log for why my vehicle still isn’t done after them having it for going on a week for an hour fix. The ABSOLUTE worst service I’ve ever had or experienced from any dealership. Don’t be a fool like me and take your Dodge product to Thunder, take it to Lakeland Dodge. They’re far more honest and efficient than this place. Worst of all, whenever you call to speak to any kind of manager they’re all coincidentally off every day. What a complete JOKE this place is! I am 85. I have been driving to Thunder Chrysler twice a year for more than five years. Been looking for months for a Dodge dealer who I could talk to over the phone about a Dodge Challenger and get a good deal. It finally happened when I called Thunder and talked to internet director John talk to over the phone about a Dodge Challenger and get a good deal. It finally happened when I called Thunder and talked to internet director John Capozzi. John was great to work with. He was intune to the deal I was looking for and made it happen to my satisfaction. The bonus part of the deal was that they delivered my Challenger to my home which is over 80 miles away from the dealership at no additional charge. More

Robert Maxwell was a wonderful salesman. Other than that the entire process was a nightmare. Took a week for the leather seats after the arrival. The painter said he needed another week to mix the paint and take the entire bumper out. Meanwhile, I decided to trade for synthetic oil changes instead of destroying the brand new vehicle. The Dodge Challenger was dirty and wet. I have to dry it off with my own towels. When I got home, I wash the car. I noticed a small dent on the hood. It can only be seen when the vehicle was in the shade. I called the dealership. I was told that it could have been me that caused the damage. The dealership was not responsible for the Small Dent. Almost a month of headache. Each day was a lie. Paid $200 a month for auto insurance that never been driven. Only driven home and back to the dealership. I would appreciate if the owner could investigate the situation. The entire process was xxxx. Please help me. More
