Service Dept is a joke. They do not take your calls (goes directly to voice-mail) which they do not return. The day I scheduled delivery of my new Ram truck I made a appointment with Charlotte ( customer representative) to explain the new truck features to me. I arrived on time 1pm 03/14/22 for delivery and wait appointment with Charlotte ( customer representative) to explain the new truck features to me. I arrived on time 1pm 03/14/22 for delivery and waited 30 minutes because of some semi truck parked in front of my truck and they were trying to get it moved. My truck was finally brought around to be delivered and after another 30 minutes of waiting for Charlotte I was told she was in training class. My salesman Michael Quinn did his best to give me information on the truck. I told Michael not to worry I will get with Charlotte later in the day and make another appointment. I called back at 5 pm and was told she was at lunch?? I left her a voicemail and another message on the morning of 03/15/22 and am still waiting for her to return my call. Another representative gave me a call on 15th but I missed that call so I called back and left her a message to call me and I am still waiting for that call. So you can tell by my rating of the dealership at this point I am not happy with the customer service. More

Do not go here for service!!!I brought my 2016 Ram Do not go here for service!!! I brought my 2016 Ram Eco-Diesel in earlier this year due to a malfunctioning DEF pump and tank. I was told my softw Do not go here for service!!! I brought my 2016 Ram Eco-Diesel in earlier this year due to a malfunctioning DEF pump and tank. I was told my software would be updated after the repair. I researched the update and saw numerous complaints about losing power and fuel mileage after the update. I was assured, by the service manager, that this problem had been corrected. I agreed to the update. I don’t drive much so I hadnt had a chance to compare. Last week I drove to Texas and back. My truck has lost power,nand instead of the 30-31 HWY MPG I was accustomed to, I was lucky to get 20 MPG. I feel I have been intentionally misled in order to have an update put on my truck. And with the price of diesel at an all time high, this is a significant misrepresentation of the facts. I am out a substantial amount of money and driving an underpowered truck. I would like to hear some plausible input to rectify the situation. I feel my truck has been devalued by this misrepresented update. I have contacted them three times. Three times I was told I would be contacted. Nothing yet. Every time I recontact them they have no record of previous contacts. More
