I dropped of my vehicle for an oil change on Thursday and I never was notified my vehicle was ready. The following day, I called multiple times to speak to the service department and nobody ever picked up. I I never was notified my vehicle was ready. The following day, I called multiple times to speak to the service department and nobody ever picked up. I then called to speak to another department of the dealership and after stating that I had attempted to get a hold of the service department all they did as transfer me over to the service department, which was frustrating. I had to drive to the dealership to get an answer. The only positive was that my vehicle was ready and the gentleman that helped me allowed me to take my vehicle with free of charge. More
