Great rate great customer experience. If I HAD to say anything negative I would say the detailing on the vehicle was not done too well but the sales person that sold me the car was very nice, and was very personal which was great! More

Company truck ran flawless for 100,000 miles and is now nickle-diming me at almost $8,000.00 in repairs with the odometer now at 138,000. The worst service department on the West Coast for diesel service. They could not locate a simple sensor and relay switch that was faulty and ended up changing a turbocharger, and glow plugs, and fuel injectors, and ECM resets, and a multitude of other repairs relating to non-required repairs. My Bad for trusting this dealerships service department. Took it to another dealership and it's now running like it used to. Lost service revenues to my company of around $38,000.00 for repair downtime. More

Before knowing the problem the rep tried to talk my wife into flushing our entire system for $1200. Ok?... no problem. My wife got shuttled to work late from their service dept. That’s ok too, no problem. Please take your time during the day diagnosing and servicing our cooling system. That’s it. No rush. Tried contacting them after lunch for an update, again at 4, called and left messages ten more times over the next 2 hours so we could make plans for my wife to get the shuttle and pick it up. Finally got back to us... THEY DIDN’T GET TO OUR TRUCK! No call. Nothing. This stuff usually doesn’t bother me. So unprofessional. Similar to a few years ago. We didn’t learn then. Our own fault. Won’t happen again. God bless. More

Oil change They changed the oil change services from express to an all afternoon experience. What used to take an hour, now took me over 2 1/2 hours. Not happy. Horrible Service at Three Way Chevrolet I bought my truck new from Three-Way and have always taken it back there for service and repairs, but no more. A few years back, the fuel injection p I bought my truck new from Three-Way and have always taken it back there for service and repairs, but no more. A few years back, the fuel injection pump in my diesel truck needed replacement under warranty. They hassled me for several months before finally relenting and replacing it as they should have done in the first place. After the pump was replaced, I discovered that they had cross-threaded a fitting in the water crossover manifold on the engine and , rather than replacing, they glued the damaged fitting into the manifold with gobs of some king of epoxy. The repair is now starting to leak and will require replacement of the crossover manifold ($200+ for a used part). Then on two different occasions when I took my truck there for routine service including a chassis lube, they failed to do the lube job but charged me for it anyway. They did refund the cost of the service in the last instance, but who knows what damage/accelerated wear has been caused by their incompetence. More recently, I took my truck in for another fuel injection pump replacement. The service rep knew almost nothing about diesel engines. I told him at the outset that I absolutely had to have the truck back 5 days later, and he kept assuring me that it would be finished. On the day before I had to have my truck back, the service rep called and told me that they could not repair my truck because they "did not have the repair manuals and procedures to do the repairs", an amazing statement considering this is a Chevrolet truck and they sold thousands of these vehicles. Had they told me at the outset that they couldn't fix it, I could have taken it elsewhere and gotten it fixed in time. As a result, I could not tow my RV on a month-long vacation trip and had to pay extra for motels and all meals that had to be eaten out. So due to their incompetence, this trip cost me about $2,000 extra that I had not planned for. This is a xxxx of a way for a dealership to show loyalty to customers who have shown loyalty to them. Based on my experience with Three-Way, I don't even think they have earned a one-star rating, but that is the lowest available. And no, I will never be going back to Three Way Chevrolet to buy another vehicle or to have service and repairs done. More

Maintenance Visit The staff was very efficient and nice to work with. They were fairly busy so my waiting time was about 2 hours. When I was called by Three Way C The staff was very efficient and nice to work with. They were fairly busy so my waiting time was about 2 hours. When I was called by Three Way Chevrolet prior to reaching my first necessary oil change they said I should call and make an appointment when the time comes but when I tried I was told by several people that I talked to by phone that they do not make appointments for Oil changes and maintenance checks. I felt that since I purchased the car there and this was for my first maintenance check for my new Equinox that I should be shown some priority but I guess that is not the way it works. More
