Got the the Three Rivers VW an hour before their closing time and thought that there was no way to do much that day. Chiara showed me the car and answered all my questions. Asked quite a few of her own, and helped me to set up the phone and car settings to my match my needs. I made my mind within 30 mins. Ryan was similarly good with the financing and final paperwork. Two other guys from the dealership provided additional advice on winter tires. All that past their regular hours. A great car buying experience overall. And the GTI make me smile every morning! More
