I called and spoke with Vince Luca to set up an appointment to view the vehicle. I showed up 20 minutes late, but was still greeted by Vince @ the door.... Despite the vehicle not being a vw, at a vw dealership, Vince was very knowledgeable about the make and model I was interested in (jeep liberty). He was personable, courteous and polite, but most importantly he managed these things while expediting my loan application! Remember: I needed this vehicle on a Saturday, of a holiday weekend, after scheduling an appointment after noon, and after showing up late! 1st. Part accomplished. Next was the financing department and I was thinking, please let it go 1/2 as well and I'll leave here happy.... It went just as good! Every attribute I appreciated in Vince also applies to Ryan Sicchitano.... And, when we were finished conducting the business at hand, Ryan asked if I would be interested in an insurance quote from Erie insurance Co. Actually, I wasn't. I was happy with my current carrier (AAA), but I was so happy with my experience, I accepted the business card to be polite... I left happy, satisfied, and grateful I went to 3 Rivers VW. This feeling was increased exponentially on Monday.... Monday is when I called my AAA agent and increased my coverage to cover a financed vehicle "full coverage, comprehensive, ect., ect." At the end of the conversation I had an insurance quote almost as high as my new vehicle payment. Luckily I still had the business card I received from Ryan. I called Phillip Barna and told him I received his card from Ryan at Three Rivers and asked if he could give me a quote on my recently purchased vehicle. I gave him my personal information. I received an email the next day with a proposed policy that was 40% lower than my AAA quote, and included a rental policy. Unbelievable savings. I was so shocked I had him recheck the information just to be sure the quote was correct. It was indeed! Needless to say, I am great full that Ryan suggested Erie insurance. Overall the best used car buying experience I've ever had. More

No Hassle - Purchas a New Car My husband and I were looking for a new Passat. We knew exactly what we wanted and so we searched the Pittsburgh area to find our car. We walked into the dealership and met Vince Luca. He asked us how he could help, and he listened to us. He didn't try to sell us another car. He told us exactly what he could do, gave us numbers, and in 30 minutes we had put a down payment on the car. When we arrived to pick it up, it was raining and cold. So, Vince took us back to the service area so we could see how the car was detailed, because he knew once he drove it out of the bay area, it would get wet. The dealership had completed much of our paperwork before we arrived, so we were physically at the dealership for about one hour. This was also very important to us, because we had some special requests and our time is valueable. 3 Rivers exceeded our expectations and what they said, they followed through. No changing stories, making up excuses, etc. This was one of the best experiences we have ever had, and I would recommend 3 Rivers to anyone who would like to purchase a VW. Great Experience Amazing... We came into the dealership yesterday around 4pm and we were immediately greeted by Seth. He asked us what we were looking for and we tol Amazing... We came into the dealership yesterday around 4pm and we were immediately greeted by Seth. He asked us what we were looking for and we told him we were interested in the sign and drive deal. He sat us down and explained to us in great detail what the sign and drive was. During the process he asked us what vehicle we were interested in looking at and we told him we liked the Tiguan. In the pouring rain he ran to the end of the parking lot and pulled one down for us. Took us out and showed us around the suv and then took us for a test drive. During the test drive he was explaining all the features to me and my fiance and was quick to answer any questions we had. One thing that really stood out to us was his vast knowledge of the vehicle and he that he had such a positive attitude. We felt no pressure from him what so ever. Once we got back to the dealership he sat down with us and went over all our leasing options and while the papers were being drawn up he walked us around the dealership and gave us a very detailed tour. Then Seth and a member of the staff (Ryan Sicchitano) went above and beyond all expectation and stayed with us after the dealership closed to ensure us that we got the Tiguan. After all said and done we drove away in our new 2017 Tiguan. Thanks Seth!!! More
