Everyone is personable, professional, and easy to work with. In particular, Daryl has been a great employee to work with ever since I leased my Jetta back in 2013. I never hesitate to shoot him an email or call to ask him questions or talk about future purchases. I'm getting ready to purchase from 3RVW again, and Daryl made sure he set aside time to meet with me, talk about figures, and even let me test drive the beautiful Jetta GLI SE that I plan to get. Without a doubt, I will be a lifelong VW customer, and this is the dealership I call my own. They make the experience awesome, and they really know how to treat their customers. No hidden gimmicks here, Daryl looks out for my best interest, and for that, I am thankful. I recommend 3RVW to everyone! More
Low skill Techs o The techs at Three Rivers VW are a complete disappointment, and that is to be kind to them. o My wife’s car a Jetta TDI had an engine light on, so o The techs at Three Rivers VW are a complete disappointment, and that is to be kind to them. o My wife’s car a Jetta TDI had an engine light on, so the Three rivers mechanic told me on the phone (not sure if it was a phone call or a face conversation) it needed a new Particulate Filter at a replacement cost of about $5000.00 but he also suspected some problems with the “”turbo””, he mentioned the turbo could cost about an extra $6000.00 in repairs. So I proceeded to pick my car up and I decided to ask some more questions about what was really wrong with the car, as I thought the price was more than the value of the car. Once at the dealer I approach the service desk and I asked the lady there for some explanations, as I was shock at the cost, the Lady was rude and condescending, she never gave me a logical explanation, she told “”that is what it will cost”” and that was it according to her.. So I took the car somewhere else, it turned out that the problem was a valve that regulates the turbo and it was replaced at a cost of approximately $500.00 a huge difference from a particulate filter and a new turbo, about a $10500.00 difference. o Mr. Derrick Ulmer or me, Ryan Sicchitano if you were me, what would be your reaction? I am sure your techs don’t have the skills, they just want to change parts just in case they get it going, I am sure they have never heard the concept of “”Troubleshooting..!!!”” or the term “”Failure Root Cause Analysis? In other words your techs are cluless.. o I have the documentation from three rivers to support my claim, and paperwork from the garage that fixed my wife’s car. More

Fantastic Experience! I had a special situation in which I had to sell my car back to the dealership and then buy it back. Vince and Ryan were very informative, friendly, I had a special situation in which I had to sell my car back to the dealership and then buy it back. Vince and Ryan were very informative, friendly, and courteous. They took the time to make sure my deal was done right without making a commission on my car. I would recommend Vince as a salesman to anyone on the market for a VW. He is very knowledgeable and is a straight shooter. Trading in and buying a car I bought my first car from Tim a few years back. It was my first new car purchase as well as my first big purchase without the advice of my father.-- I bought my first car from Tim a few years back. It was my first new car purchase as well as my first big purchase without the advice of my father.--an entirely new experience for me. I did all my research, but still had a lot of questions. Tim took the time to go over everything with me...sometimes twice. After getting what I felt was a fair deal, I bought my car. Tim worked really hard to make my first buying experience a positive one. So, when I needed a new car, I went back to Tim at Three Rivers Volkswagen. There were unusual circumstances that required me to purchase a new car, and my funds were more limited this time. Tim spent at least three hours working with me to get me into a reliable car that I could also afford. He really takes customer service seriously. I would highly recommend him to anyone. More
