Smooth and quick transaction, small disappointment I purchased a used Acura MDX with over 100,000 miles on it, so it was only offered "as is". Even so, the dealership had put 4 new tires on it, a PA i I purchased a used Acura MDX with over 100,000 miles on it, so it was only offered "as is". Even so, the dealership had put 4 new tires on it, a PA inspection good for a year, and changed the oil with synthetic. Other than some blemishes in the leather seats, the condition of the interior and exterior are very clean. The asking price was very fair (I had been shopping for this model for about a week) so they were not willing to budge on price. Some of the competing dealers were willing to include a 3 month warranty, even on cars with over 100,000 miles, but this dealer was not. That was my only disappointment but I decided that the price was fair enough and took the deal. Unfortunately the very next day the car died with absolutely no electrical power. It turned out to be a corroded battery cable and clamp that had been incorrectly repaired. Since batteries, cables and clamps are a high failure item I would expect that their service department would have at least pulled the cables off the battery to clean them and tighten them as a routine point on their used car checklist. If they had done this they would have found the problem. Fortunately I found an NTB service center that was still open on a Saturday evening and they did a temporary repair. I will still have to buy a replacement cable and clamp at around $100. If the dealership had done a better vehicle check out and found this problem, I would have given them a 5 star rating instead of 4. Maybe it was just one technician's oversight or maybe it was a deficiency in the dealership's quality standards - I don't know. But it made for a very unpleasant experience with the nice shiny car that I had just bought the previous day! More

Excellent customer service I came in not knowing if I would be able to buy a used vehicle or new vehicle.
