I purchased a 2013 f150 with 50287 miles on it from this dealership. I paid in FULL just under $27,000. I have not driven my truck more than 2,000 miles. I was driving down the interstate going 75MPH when m dealership. I paid in FULL just under $27,000. I have not driven my truck more than 2,000 miles. I was driving down the interstate going 75MPH when my truck downshifted into first causing me to go from 75 to 20 MPH in a neck breaking time. My truck literally almost MURDERED me. This is a huge recall with over 1.5 MILLION TRUCKS from 2011-2013. Mine was supposedly fixed in January of 2021. FORD refuses to help. I am paying over a THOUSAND bucks a month for a rental when I just spent all this money on a truck. I will never purchase another Ford if my life depended on it. The folks at this dealership do not care. I would not give Thoroughbred Ford another penny if my life depended on it. My very first, and VERY LAST ford. More

I was looking for a specific car that is no longer available new. Thoroughbred Ford did not have it but they had something similar and I test drove it because they made it very easy to try out. Cole worked with the internet team and they found exactly what I wanted at auction in good condition. The price was a little higher than I initially wanted, but they provided excellent value by doing work and buying parts to refresh the car, clean it, certify it, and adding warranty coverage which will give me peace of mind for years. I had actually already made a purchase with Carvana and I returned it during their 7-Day window so I could buy from Thoroughbred because they did the work searching and Cole was courteous and trusting and efficient with my time. Joe in finance was also efficient and nice and worked with me to close the deal quickly and easily! I did not expect when I began my search for a used car that it would be enjoyable or easy.
