What Others Say

Everyone at Thoroughbred was great to deal and interact with. Definitely would recommend checking them out and looking at their huge inventory. Brooks was very knowledgeable on different models, options, and was able to help me find what I was looking for.

This employee helped us find an amazing deal and we couldn't be happier. We weren't even expecting to find a car today and he made our transfer very seamless and helped us get more than expected for our junk car.

On April 4, 2025 I saw their internet listing a Mustang with 15k off. Sent an email verifying availability and price. Got a call back with positive verification. Made an appointment to meet with a internet manager the following day but instead told to meet with George. Lady on the phone stated Thoroughbred values everyone's time and efficiency. She told me to be on time and go to front desk as they will have all the information needed. Next day, I arrived on time and was told George is not around and front desk hastily told a salesperson to "assist" me. This person is not an internet manager but a regular floor salesman. He had no clue why I am there at 9:00AM Saturday morning. I have to tell him him what car I am looking for as well as looking up dealer car stock number for him. He disappered for about 30 mins and came back to me simply saying that he cannot sell me that Mustang for that price as they did not put that price on the website and its the "Ford" or "internet" department who made the mistake about making 15K off. That was it, this salesperson just stood there and not really able to continue with further conversation. I asked this salesperson if he or general manager can do something for me as I am looking for a Mustang such as next best saving/discount for a mustang. Instead of the salesperson working hard to make a sales happen, I had to suggest a few options to possibly make the sales happen that day. Unfortunately, this salesperson is not very good at closing a deal and unable to make the sale happen along with his general manager (never even had the consideration to meet me that day). We roughly spent almost 4 hours with this matter and left empty handed with disappointment as this dealer was not very eager in making any sale happen and did not value my time. Not to mention that I asked them the day before about the price and requested to meet with a specific person, who confirmed personally to meet with me. On my way out of the dealership, I saw a business card with a name George and it says he is the janitor. I don't know if this was a real business card or a April fool's card. Needless to say, I will not go back to this dealership as they behave like the KC Chiefs on Feb 2025 Superbowl. 3 days later, someone called asking my experience with the dealer. I told her my experience. She was speechless and apologized about what I encountered. That was the end of my communication with this dealer. I actually gave Thoroughbred Ford 2 weeks after that phone call and see if they would contact me and perhaps salvage the sales. However, nothing!! I hope my story would encourage them to better train their sales team as they really need to be better at addressing the service and not to treat customer like a dumb. Floor manager should not just pass the buck to let inexperienced sales handle customer service issue. I am very disappointed to write this review as it certainly further the negative steriotype of dealership practices. At the 3rd week, I went to another Ford dealership in town and purchased my Mustang.

George has been very helpful over the years. We have bought two pick ups from him and the last thing we did was buy an edge at a different dealership, but he synced my phone to it. We really appreciate his service.

Brian is the best in the game. If you want to buy a car and have a no hassle experience. Brian is the guy to see.

Cole was very helpful, and did a wonderful job helping us get the truck down to the price we were at.
