I felt no pressure when I puchased my Ford Fusion. I always think of the sales experience whenever I bring my car in for service. Even though the purhased was afew years ago. I think of him (Jeffery) whenever I come into the dealership for maintenance and oil changes on my vehicle. This review is late but long overdue. If I have question about my car he still helps me. He is amazing. I am still very happy with my purchase. The sale was a smooth experience. More

I recently bought a used 2015 F-350 from Zach. The sale went very smooth and was a great experience. After the sale my experience with service was terrible (I gave a separate review for that). Zach, however, went above and beyond to try and make the situation right, or at least better even though it was not his fault and ultimately out of his control. I was denied service on a recall technician refused to diagnose transmission recall because my vehicle smelled like smoke. Management told me it was because of his liver transplant.. Nice location but the service was horrible! They said that the trim edging on the 2020 Edge ST was fixed with new clips. After waiting 2.15 hours for the fix and oil change, no sooner than when I got ho that the trim edging on the 2020 Edge ST was fixed with new clips. After waiting 2.15 hours for the fix and oil change, no sooner than when I got home, the molding was coming off again! They used 2 sided tape to slap it back on an expensive new SUV, only 7000 miles on it. There were no new clips applied as what was shared with me! I've called service twice to report the issue and after a few days no one has even called me back! I even left 2 voicemails for the services department, no return call. Poor service...I'm planning to call the owner this week. More
