The salesman V was not high pressure, he listened to what we wanted and didn’t try to upsell or push different vehicles at us. He located the vehicle we came to look for and brought it up front for us to look over. V made the entire process of trade in and purchase very easy. We were both so impressed, we decided that I needed a new vehicle. V made it happen. I highly recommend your next purchase come from V and Thoroughbred Ford, you will not be disappointed. I am writing to express my frustration with the service that I received at Thoroughbred Ford dealership's service department. On March 27th, 2023, I brought my Ford F150 2017 in for repairs, and unfort that I received at Thoroughbred Ford dealership's service department. On March 27th, 2023, I brought my Ford F150 2017 in for repairs, and unfortunately, the diagnosis provided by the service department was incorrect, leading to unnecessary repairs and expenses. I was contacted by service adviser Josh Delorier that the noise and vibration were coming from the front wheel bearing. I informed him the noise and vibration were coming from the back of the truck his reply was I'm going to get another tech to do a shakedown on the truck. The next day Josh called and said I needed the entire read-end differential rebuild and front wheel bearing I told him I would do the front bearing repair. I asked him are you positive because I had already had work done to the rear end, and he said yes. I agreed to have the work redone. I was called on April 3rd truck was ready for pick up when I arrived at the dealership, I asked to test drive my truck before I paid for the repairs. Josh and I drove the truck the problem wasn't fixed nothing had changed. I was asked to leave the truck there they were going to re-diagnose the problem. I was informed next day they plug the truck into a computer and determined it was a torque converter issue and repair would be $5100.00. I asked what about the rear-end charge that I was told was the issue the reply was it was bad also I already had the rear-end work done prior to taking it to the dealership. I believe this was unfair business I would like a full refund. More

We were looking for a specific car - that apparently was in high demand. We’d struck out at all our local dealers, so we took to the internet and it appeared that Thoroughbred had one per their website. I in high demand. I sent a request off on a Sunday afternoon to initiate contact and indicate interest. Knowing the dealership was closed on Sunday - I hoped to hear back from them sometime the next day. To my surprise Jefdale Sanchez reached out Sunday to confirm receipt of the request and assure that someone would be in touch. Monday Morning I received a call from Coach Dave Galvin. Unfortunately - the car we wanted had sold late Saturday afternoon. Coach asked if we might be interested in a comparable alternative - I told no we wanted that specific car/color - thanked him for his time and effort and hung up. A couple hours later I received another call from Coach - he’d found another car at another dealership and just called to pass on the information. I was stunned nothing in it for him - just helping out a stranger. Thanks Coach next time I’m in the market - you’ll be my first call! More

His attitude is unprofessional and for a man “with 30 years experience” knows nothing. I did not get what I paid for and he couldn’t even explain what they did.
