This was the most convenient car buying experience ever. I got in touch with the internet sales manager Greg and we discussed pricing for a 2019 Mazda CX5. After finalizing prices, sales manager Patrick got me pre-approved for manufacturer financing at low APR for 5 years and kept the paperwork ready. I just walked in and dealt with Shawn, who was wonderful to work with. He made sure I was comfortable and kept me duely updated about each step of the buying experience. He threw in a 2 year oil change and tire rotation for free. Overall, everyone was pleasant, straightforward and honest to work with. I highly recommend working with Patrick, Greg and Shawn. More

Hidden flaws and false selling points The car that I purchased at a great deal was covered in scratches and even a crack under one of the headlights. I purchased the car at night giving the sales rep the opportunity to hide the flaws from me. I was also told that my car was equipt with heated seats and a working navigation system which are both false. I was also given a key fob with a dead battery. Then I was told I have to go buy a new one myself. Very disappointed. The only reason I would give this dealership a 3 is because of the price of the vehicle. However, I was soon able to see that I didn't actually get a GOOD deal. More
