Thompson also had the lowest out-the-door price out of all the dealerships we talked to. Both my husband and I agreed that this was the easiest car buying process we've experienced. Great place for your next car purchase I researched a specific vehicle within 100 mile radius and found one of three at Thompson Mazda back in late November 2019. When I entered the dealers I researched a specific vehicle within 100 mile radius and found one of three at Thompson Mazda back in late November 2019. When I entered the dealership, Bob Vorbach approached me and we exchanged greetings. He was personable and professional but knew little about the off-brand car I was interested in. During the test drive the "check engine" light came on and we ended that visit with him promising me the issue would be resolved. (Note: Drove 114 miles round trip just to test drive it.) I received a call from him mid-December explaining the issue and that it was resolved. He further guaranteed that Ford warranty covered my purchase for many miles/months after my purchase. After a cordial call-back from Bob, I put my money together and again drove to the dealership, committed to buying my Ford C-Max. Bob was trough with his explaining the purchasing procedure and then ushered me to the Finance Manager, Steve McClemott, who again was professional and through. The purchase experience was complete in about an hour, and I left satisfied with the price and confidence Thompson Mazda had process all details flawlessly. I recommend Bob if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle. He'll take care of you! More

Great car buying experience from start to finish. I bought my first car from Thompson in 2013. It was my first new car purchase and loved the experience the first time around. No gimmicks, games, or a I bought my first car from Thompson in 2013. It was my first new car purchase and loved the experience the first time around. No gimmicks, games, or any of the other typical car sales tricks. Fast forward to December 2019, I was ready to upgrade. I was doing my due diligence and looking to find the best deal on the CX-5 Signature. Two other local dealerships over promised and under delivered. I got several phone calls begging me to come to their dealership to purchase my new car. I gave them a chance and it was some of the worst experiences I have had. Thompson was very transparent. I bought my first new car from Bob Vorbach. He’s a great person to do business with. I came in to the dealership for the first time in at least two years to do a test drive and he remembered the exact car I purchased from him in 2013 off the top of his head. To me, that says a lot about how Thompson does business. Bob said they could get me a good deal and he delivered. No pressure, no bait and switch, no false promises, and no harassing phone calls. I really enjoyed my overall experience at Thompson and highly recommend them if you’re looking at purchasing a vehicle. More
