If it takes 10 minutes, why is it so hard to schedule me an appointment to put plates on my car, instead of taking every new customer that walks in the front door? The car was cleaned up and ready to go (and covered in pollen the next morning, so that's actually saying something.) He explained each form and document, the features of the car, and walked through the pricing and incentives. I never felt rushed or pressured in the slightest. Jason took over for financing and was also helpful and informative. He offered products that would be beneficial, but didn't push those that were unnecessary. The car was also several thousand cheaper than the same car, slightly used, back home. All in all, the entire experience was stress free and pleasant, and well worth the trip. Thanks! More
