The service team is very disappointing. They arrived 1.5hrs late for an pickup after texting and calling to confirm our appointment. With no apologies or care. We could have that done at Firestone for less than $100. Will not take our car back. More
Horrible service department. Blotched 2 service calls, but we had no choice bc they were the closest Lexus dealer. The other day I wanted to look at a Lexus Sports Sedan. Spent Blotched 2 service calls, but we had no choice bc they were the closest Lexus dealer. The other day I wanted to look at a Lexus Sports Sedan. Spent a while in the showroom. No one greeted me. No one helped me. It's not like I dressed poorly. I just came from an Acura dealer who gave me great service. I have decided not to buy a Lesxus as I want to avoid having to go to this dealer. We are actually needing two cars and will trade in our existing Lexus. This dealer just lost the sales of 2 $60k+ cars. Loom at their responses to reviews. I bet they hire a teenager to copy and paste responses as no improvements have been made in past several years. Don't waste your time here. More

Most pleasant sales experience ever. Trish was great throughout the whole process and was very transparent. It kills me to write this review, I am so very disappointed. The sales experience was everything you would expect from a premium brand; but, the service experience has been everything you would disappointed. The sales experience was everything you would expect from a premium brand; but, the service experience has been everything you would expect from a shady used car dealer. Now, don't get me wrong, the service staff has always been friendly and welcoming. But the overall experience has been atrocious. Everything from service advisors telling me my problems could be from dirty sensors in the wheel wells (let that roll around for a minute), to being argumentative and dismissive, to engine compartment panels being reinstalled with half of the retainers not reinstalled. The latest was a technician's report saying everything was A OK in direct contradiction to Lexus' own owner manuals that state those readings are 50% of full function. Now know that I reached out to the Thompson organization using their contact-us form and waited several days and had a subsequent service visit before writing this review. I hoped this latest visit would be an improvement, it was not. The Thompson motto is Experience Amazing, and I felt it with sales. With service, I feel like I've been duped. It's a shame. More
Sorry to say that but we have very bad experience with them. We visited the place and We reached to final negotiation and Saleperson suppose to check with His manager to approve $500 more for my trade-i them. They have to reach out to me first with their decision before they sell this car to another customer. It is frustrating. More

And stay to make a deal, my car was plan to be traded in, but they give me very low price, negotiate and got 2K more for my car. But suddenly with all excuses the manager (I forgot his name) jacked up the MRSP TO 3K more.To all costumers Be careful pay close attention to the numbers, this people know what they do. And this people doesn’t have peoples skill, all stiffened and not pleasant, especially when you come like nobody. I’ll end up making my deals with Wilkie Lexus,.. a lot more pleasant. More
