Maria was always on top of tracking the manufacturing of my car and always kept me informed both by text and phone calls. Upon delivery of my car, Maria placed a giant red bow on the top of the car-what a very special presentation-I was so happy! I can't say enough wonderful things about Maria-she's the best! Thompson Lexus Willow Grove is lucky to have someone as excellent as Maria representing their product. I was also lucky enough to meet Jose Ortiz who walked us through the financing process. Jose was so very kind and patient explained each and every document to us. Jose eased our mind with his friendly personality and patience. After meeting Jose we met Ishaan Dave who so very patiently and expertly went over all the technology in our new car. Ishaan is so well versed in all things Lexus and taught us a lot.
