Maria is awesome from A to Z. We purchased an expensive car from out of state and were a little worried how it will turn out. It went absolutely fantastic and flawless. Maria was on top of everything with immediate responses and exact answers. We wanted to purchase Mercedes S class, then Escalade, but because these dealerships were jacking prices up, we walked away. Maria and the dealership did not do any crazy stuff and went en extra mile. Wonderful place, wonderful Maria! More

Thad a fabulous experience at Thompson Lexus Willow Grove. Upon entering the showroom I was greeted with a smile and friendly hello from Maria Bobkoff. Maria was so very patient and kind. Maria went above and beyond in answering all my questions and researching additional information and additional features and options. Nothing was too much trouble. Maria was always on top of tracking the manufacturing of my car and always kept me informed both by text and phone calls. Upon delivery of my car, Maria placed a giant red bow on the top of the car-what a very special presentation-I was so happy! I can't say enough wonderful things about Maria-she's the best! Thompson Lexus Willow Grove is lucky to have someone as excellent as Maria representing their product. I was also lucky enough to meet Jose Ortiz who walked us through the financing process. Jose was so very kind and patient explained each and every document to us. Jose eased our mind with his friendly personality and patience. After meeting Jose we met Ishaan Dave who so very patiently and expertly went over all the technology in our new car. Ishaan is so well versed in all things Lexus and taught us a lot.
