Good morning, I wanted to take a few minutes and respond to your review. I took a couple of days to compile my information so I could respond properly. I see that you brought your vehicle in and Chris Climber was your service advisor. I am also aware that there is a very intermittent problem with the vehicle. By no means are we saying that you aren't experiencing problems with your vehicle but what I am saying is that it is not acting up while it is in our possession. Jim Umpelby did the right thing letting you know that we couldn't duplicate the problem and Joe Sweitzer actually drove the vehicle 22 miles through Dundalk and Essex and was unable to get the car to act up. Joe is our service director and Jim our service manager so you had the 2 top folks in service trying to get your vehicle to act up. I know you are upset that we had to pull you out of a rental vehicle but being unable to get the vehicle to act up, the decision was the correct one. What we are not going to do is "throw" parts at the vehicle, especially when we don't know what the issue is because that will only make the problem worse. I'm very sorry you are unhappy with your visit but I wanted to be able to respond and say that I think our folks did what they were supposed to in this instance. It is obviously not what you want to hear, I understand but we are here to try to do the right thing by our customers and sometimes that may not seem, to the customer, that is what we are doing.
