Absolutely horrible I called on Monday, they said I couldn’t come that day because they were too busy, said tomorrow,Tuesday, would be better. I left work early drove an hour for them to send me away saying they had to order a tire. Davon told me he would call me no later than 1030 the next day letting me know the tire would be there. I didn’t get a phone call until 230pm making me miss work all together. Not only had I called the service center twice with NO answer, when I get there I receive NO apology for my inconvenience! The cashier that was sitting directly across from me said NOTHING to me the entire time I was there! But made sure to complain to another associate about the “angry customers”! I am VERY disappointed with the service I got from this location! Between the initial phone call with Jefferson telling me to come in, but to NOT order the tire I need. To Davon telling me he’s going to call me in the morning no later than 1030, I am extremely upset with my visit! More

He’s a fantastic diesel tech and I would definitely recommend him to work on anybody’s vehicle diesel or not. The last time I took my vehicle in chuck worked on it and i had to wait about 2 weeks for an oil change to be completed but after this repair with their new diesel tech I am very pleased with the timely service More

At no time was I called and made aware that there would be a delay. At no time was I give the estimate without asking for it. At no time was I called and told they ordered the wrong part. At no time was I called and told there was something else wrong. When I called to check on the status was the only time I was made aware of any issues. Customers are more likely to u detstabd abd not get frustrated when the lines of communication are kept open. Customers should not have to call every few days to found out why the car they were promised to be ready in a week to 10 days to taken 2 weeks then 3weeks. For this reason alone is the bad review and why I would not take my vehicle back More
