RECALL PARTS REPLACEMENT TOOK WAY TOO LONG TO GET PARTS iT TOOK ME SIX MONTHS AND MANY PHONE CALLS TO GET THE TWO RECALLS FIXED. I FINALLY HAD TO GO IN, IN PERSON AND TALK TO TWO PEOPLE IN ORDER FOR THEM T iT TOOK ME SIX MONTHS AND MANY PHONE CALLS TO GET THE TWO RECALLS FIXED. I FINALLY HAD TO GO IN, IN PERSON AND TALK TO TWO PEOPLE IN ORDER FOR THEM TO SIT DOWN WITH ME AND HEAR MY FRUSTRATIONS. JOEY WAS VERY NICE AND SAW TOO IT THAT IT WAS HANDLED AND DONE WITH IN TWO DAYS. i KNOW IT IS NOT THEIR FAULT THAT THEY ARE HAVING SUCH A HARD TIME GETTING THE REPLACEMENT PARTS. BUT THIS IS NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE STARTING FROM THE MANUFACTURE. MY TRUCK WAS NOT PURCHASED FROM THOMPSON WE HAD TO USE THEM TO SERVICE AND TOO REPLACE THE TWO RECALLS. More
