$190 bucks for lug nuts, are you crazy? I went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. After about an hour or so, they come out and say that the oil change was complete, but they coul I went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. After about an hour or so, they come out and say that the oil change was complete, but they could not do the tire rotation yet, as all of my lug nuts are swollen, so they cant them off, and it will cost $190 dollars to replace all 20 lug nuts. Mind you, I just had an oil change and tire rotation a couple months ago, (where they got me for 2 lug nuts that time)....you are trying to tell me all 20 lug nuts went bad in this cold weather these past couple months (heat swells metal, not cold!)??? I google price for 2012 Grand Cherokee lug nuts on my phone....$2.50 each. I show the guy my screen with the price, His reply? I don't set the prices. I understand it is not his pricing. But this review is for the dealership service overall. Do you really gouge your customers this bad??? Should be ashamed of yourselves! More

2018 Chrysler 300 AWD Car has been in for the radio twice now. The bluetooth keeps cutting out.
