Deceitful We recently purchased a used Lexus 470LX from this dealership. Due to the distance, we had to trust what was being told us regarding the condition of We recently purchased a used Lexus 470LX from this dealership. Due to the distance, we had to trust what was being told us regarding the condition of the vehicle. The initial stages of the purchase went well, as Cameron, the salesperson, communicated consistently as seemingly in a forthright. honest manner. We felt like we did appropriate due diligence by having an extensive live walk around skype of the vehicle, and an assurance that the vehicle was thoroughly checked via a complete pre-purchase inspection of mechanical/electrical functioning. The vehicle was driven to us by one of their driver's, who in turn drove our trade in back to the dealership in Georgia. After taking the vehicle for a very short drive (a quarter mile) my wife called to tell me that the suspension "didn't feel right." One estimate to repair was $8700.00. Parts alone form dealer (accumulators) were over $4300.00. I had to source the parts myself, and have my independent mechanic install them, which did "save" me some money. I called the dealership regarding this deception (there is NO WAY the suspension problem could not have been obvious upon a test drive or during the supposed mechanical inspection according to two independent mechanics who gave me repair estimates), and was promised that a manager would return my call "in ten minutes." Never happened. I called again the next day and finally was able to speak to the general manager, who informed me he would "look into it" and call me "tomorrow." After I called several times over the next few days and left messages, a sales manger (not the general manager who promised to call me) called to say that they did not misrepresent the vehicle, and they would not be offering any compensation for my very expensive repair costs. Long story (not very short) is I would not trust this dealership to provide honest information regarding a used vehicle. Horrible communication and a level of deception from top down. I traded in an immaculate vehicle described to them honestly, and I expected the same in return. This did not happen!! More

Outstanding Job Thank you to Clev , Josh and Jordan from the service department. I had a battery failure after my service on Saturday. I made a call and Clev showed u Thank you to Clev , Josh and Jordan from the service department. I had a battery failure after my service on Saturday. I made a call and Clev showed up in the service vehicle to give me a jump. We had an ancillary issue and determined that the battery was completely dead. I returned to the dealership and a service tech (Jordan) drove me back to my car and removed the bad battery. We drove back to Thomasville FLM and I purchased a new battery and one of the service techs (Jordan) dr. Jordan drove me back and the new battery back to my car and installed it!
